Years ago I was reading about tips gay men had for straight women about giving blow jobs. They compared the techniques between the two groups & by far, the biggest difference in styles was that the men used their hands much more than the women. They said the women tended not to use their hands except on the penis area, while the men used their hands aggressively all over the other man's body.
