Warranties-Have you ever had to use one?

Contributor: MamaDivine MamaDivine
Has anyone ever had to actually cash in on one of the warranties that were provided by the company that made your products? If so, how did that experience work for you? Did you have any issues with them? What company was it?

So, I actually know that toys have warranties, but I don't buy anything expensive enough to warrant the hassle of a replacement/return.

I made a claim with Lelo for my Nea. They were a bit slower than I would have liked but did finally come through with the claim. They also kept asking if I had tried XYZ where XYZ was something blatantly obvious that I told them I tried already. They have to cover their bases so I get it.

I'm currently in process of warranty claims on a Crave Duet and Form 4. I get a lot of defective things I guess.

Anything else I've had issues with I've just returned to Eden for replacement.

I had to use mine for my Lelo Ina. It went well, the process was easy and quick... except for the shipping, because it came from overseas directly from their factory.

I've had to use Eden's replacement guarantee as well, and that's always a piece of cake.

Woud have used the warranty on two different products but it would have been more of a hassle than it was worth.

I haven't had to do a warranty with a company, but I've had to replace a broken item within the few months from EF.

My very first Fun Factory toy (bought from an other site a long time ago) was flawed and the plastic guards around the battery compartment broke off and I couldn't close the toy. It was returned, (well wrapped, of course] and they sent me a new one with which I have never had a problem.

I had to return my G4 Tiger to the company I bought it through in Shenzhen. I had to try a bunch of things first, then send it to them to test out. It was a manufactures thingie so they replaced my Tiger with no hassels.

I probably should have because my Extreme high intensity bullet pack whatever stopped working before I actually got to use it, but I got it free as part of promotion and I felt too lame...

Im actually returning two of my items to EF this week. My heart massagers started leaking after only a month, and its got this weird opaque look to it instead of the clear liquid. bad batch? But, they were super nice about sending me the prepaid shipping label!
