This film is about a porn star's struggle through the porn industry. She was taken down to the lowest levels, and came back to fight her biggest obstacles that were against her. It starts out with her telling her story to a Senator who is trying to pass an Anti-Porn Initiative. She helps him see how hypocritical the world is to the life of porn stars. They really are no different than us... we sometimes use sex as a release from our stressful day to day triumphs, and she is trying to get him to see that this is what they do, only they get bashed for it and sometimes taken advantage of.

Sanatorium is a very twisted film, but soooooo erotic. You really have to pay attention because it can be confusing, which is what the producer is trying to get across. You have to have an open mind when watching this film. This film is full of sexy situations, yet also darkness. It's more of a movie than a porn, and I love that about this film. I love that it has a plot and that it has a meaning to it. The sex scenes are not hard core. They are very sexy and sensuous, another great aspect about this movie. The scenery is amazing. Very beautiful and you can tell that they put a lot of money, dedication, and work into this film. It's very high quality. The make up is amazing, as well as the wardrobe choices. Great camera work as well in this film. That is one thing I can say about the films I have seen so far from Zero Tolerance. They take pride in their films and it shows. They do some amazing filming, getting all the right angles.

The actors are again amazing in this film.

Tabitha Stevens - Tab was the main star of this film. She did an amazing job. Sometimes, I thought it was a little over-acting, but that is her character in this film. She has an amazing body. She's very talented and I love her tattoos! I love her interview on the second disk. It really did shed some light on the film and how it is supposed to be observed. She also shed some light on her first interracial scene, which is also in this film.

They all played their roles well. I can't really say that there was any bad acting on anyone's part. They all stayed in character and they fit their characters so well. Great casting job.

I just have to say that the Bonus Scenes on the second disk are amazing. It really is a bonus. You get an additional two hours of hot, kinky sex with two of my favorite stars, Sara Sloane and Kagney Linn Karter.
