Absolutely the most riveting, compelling, surreal, intelligent and erotically provocative adult feature film ever. If there is such a thing as a porn masterpiece, Sanatorium is it. Shot on 35mm film no-less!

A twisted, mesmerizing story about an iconic adult super star who discovers a dark secret world of perverts occupied by Senators, Lawyers, Priests and other do-gooders, whose public images as anti-porn crusaders are in direct opposition of their wicked lives behind closed doors.

Porn star Tabitha Stevens takes on a journey to try recover her sanity after being brainwashed by anti-porn lawyers, politicians and priests while discovering they are far more twisted then any sex business could ever be. Their actions cause Tabitha to go on a personal quest with illusions and extreme erotic dreams that turn her into a sexual warrior, and is ready to take down anyone that drove her to insanity to prove them there is nothing wrong with a beautiful woman that loves sex. There are many different scenes with some beautiful scenery in some of the shot. My favorite is when Tabitha is in the rocky mountains, such beauty was taken in to contrast not only by the actor but the back ground as well.
