Lost MySelf in Sanatorium

It really has it's own set of rules. If you're looking for some hot fucking with minimal story, then skip this. If you want some in depth story with twists and turns and gorgeous scenery and thought processes, this is the one you should invest in.

“Sanatorium is a unique, twisted thriller…it is non-linear, and unlike most XXX films, has a very compelling meaning…several messages within it…may take four or five times or even more times to really try to understand what is going on… It is twisted, demented; there are symbols and metaphors everywhere.” ~Director Gary Orona

That being said, I was... fucking lost. I literally had my head tilted to the side in a "WTF" mannerism. Now, don't get me wrong, I can tell this was made with well intent. Very classy, each scene was thought out and considerably hot in their own ways. I love the drawn out story-telling and the costumes were incredibly gorgeous, but I did not like being confused. Sadly, that was how most of it went. The sex scenes were pretty good, although something weird or gross happened right after them. So you better masturbate RIGHT away and get off, cause something is coming to haunt you right after that. It's really well written, I did love the storyline. I just couldn't wrap my brain around it the first two to three times. Porn star Tabitha Stevens (who also produces) recounts a tale of her own trials and tribulations being a porn star, her insanity ever increasing.

I did love the cover of the DVD, the front and back were gorgeously designed and it screamed pure quality to me. I loved the costumes and the music when it wasn't blaring over the good parts. I loved, absolutely loved the music that came when the antagonist.

Tabitha was definitely one of my favorites. Her penetrative stares are so frequent that they lose effectiveness and are boring. Some of her expressions aren't to my liking, but I loved her perky breasts, despite them being fake. I loved her nipple jewelry and her golden bangles. They were very sexy to me.

I did enjoy most of the different scenery and scenes. Lost in this vast dessert, to these lush, all-white hotel rooms was very exotic and sexy to me. I loved how gorgeous and depth less the sky was, so serene despite all her torment.

I am in love with Kagney Linn Karter. I adore her big doe eyes, and her breasts. Her soft silky skin and her hair... I'm not obsessed I swear. Her clit piercing is so very different to her look, I adore it all.

The sex in Sanatorium is quite varied. There are blowjobs, handjobs, POV, anal, cunnilingus, and both vaginal and anal fingering. There's also an ass-to-mouth scene, which I found disgusting. Tabitha has her first interracial scene with Tyler Knight. Lots of fake boobs appear in this film, which didn't bother me too much.

Actors

Tabitha Stevens is the leading lady in this movie, she's in 70% of it. She was a little cheesy and despite having fake boobs, I loved her performances. Her sloppy blowjobs and gorgeous gaze was definitely something I note-taked for my boyfriend's pleasure.

In addition to Tabitha Stevens, Sanatorium stars Nick Manning, Kagney Linn Karter, Sara Sloane, Ashley Roberts, Mark Wood, Ron Jeremy, Francesca Le, Raylene, Tyler Knight, Kris Slater, James Deen, Lux Kassidy, Alex Urban, Ethan Hawk, High Pitch Eric, Matt Bianco, and Teddy Andreadis.

My favorites were Tabitha, Karter and Nick Manning.

Their performances were stellar.

DVD Features

This DVD set includes two discs - one with the actual movie, scene selections and director's commentary and a second disk with cast interviews, deleted scenes, "popshots" (the cumshot of a scene), and extended scenes. There's definitely more here than just your standard porn movie. Deleted scenes are always a bonus in my book.
Follow-up commentary
It's still not my favorite if I'm looking for a porn. Storywise, it's pretty indepth and has gorgeous scenery and costuming. Really good if you wanna enjoy a long movie, not so good if you want to get off.
