Also known as Ring of Fire

This is a very good game to play with ideally 3 or more people. It gets people drinking and loosening up. It's easy to take with you and doesn't involve a whole lot of set up. Great game!

Purpose / Audience

This is a good party starting drinking game! The more people you have the more fun, but it can be played with only two people. If you're a fan of drinking games, this is a nice one to have in your arsenal. The idea behind it is to get people to drink.
    • Anyone
    • Good for parties
    • Multiple players

Rules / Content

The rules are very simple. You shuffle all the cards, spreading them around in a circle. Players take turns picking a card and reading and doing what that card says. This is much easier than playing with a regular deck of cards like with "ring of fire." The rules for each card are written on the card, so as players get drunk, the game is still very simple. You continue to draw cards until no cards are left. All you need to get started is a drink! Any drink will do, but we commonly play with beer so it's even.

The cards are:
2: you drink for 2 seconds or make someone drink for two seconds.
3: you drink for 3 seconds or make someone drink for three seconds.
4: Thumbmaster! This person puts their thumb on the table and the last person to put their thumb on the table after this person has to drink.
5: Five = guys. All guys drink.
6: Six = chicks. All girls drink.
7: Seven is for heaven. You have to raise your hands in the air, the last person to do so, drinks.
8: Drink date. You get to pick someone to drink every time you drink
9: Rhyme. Pick a word and everyone has to pick a word to rhyme, first person to get stumped, drinks.
10: The last person to drink has to drink again.
J: Finish your drink and get refills for yourself and anyone else who needs one.
Q: Categories - You choose a category such as Disney movies and go around the table naming them, the first person to get stumped has to drink.
K: Make a rule. You make a rule and it continues the rest of the game such as one hand has to be on the table when you take a drink. If you break the rule, you drink again.
A: Social - Everyone playing drinks
Wild: You can use your card as any other card of your choice. ( this was usually not in the "ring of fire")

Design

This is very simple and straightforward and can be played in many different ways. It's a good party game and there's no set amount of people needed, so the more the merrier. The cards are easy to take with you to any get together.

    • Travel friendly

Experience

If you're a lightweight drinker, be careful as the point of this game is to get everyone to drink and quickly as the game goes along.
