extremely useful review
The Eaze by Tantus|Eaze Probe by Tantus is listed as a butt plug, but looks like, and could also function as, a small semi-realistic dildo in a strap-on harness|Harness and dildo sets. It’s made of high quality, pink-toned flesh color silicone that is on the softer end of the silicone spectrum. In other words, it is firm enough to enable insertion, but flexible enough to allow you to bend it so that the tip curves down and touches the base. It will not maintain this position once you let go, but the flexibility is a positive feature that will help it mold to your inner curves and make it more comfortable than a very hard dildo or plug.

The small size makes it ideal for beginning anal adventurers, but the length and versatility make it a great option for intermediate users too. It is significantly longer than either your fingers or most novice plugs, so if you’re new to anal play|Easing into Anal Play, you should work up to feeling completely comfortable with one or two fingers in your ass before graduating to this toy. (Of course, our asses do not produce any lubrication, so a generous amount of water-based lube is a must with any anal play, whether you’re a beginning or very advanced player.) The narrower portion of the shaft near the base allows it to be held in place when your sphincter muscles clamp down on it. And, of course, the flared base prevents it from going in too far and getting lost. (Any toy used for anal insertion must have such a flared base for basic safety features.)

It offers about 5 1/4 inches of insertable length, with a slightly bulbous, realistic head, and features a veined texture along its silicone shaft. Near the base, its roughly 1 inch diameter thickness slims down to about 3/4 of an inch, ending in a flared base that has a 2 1/8 diameter. While the base is probably not big enough to stay in the O-ring that came with your strap-on harness, you can get a cheap set of differently-sized rubber O-rings that will not only help you put this dildo to work in your harness, but will also come in handy whenever you want a better fit for whatever new dildo comes your way. Before you buy differently-sized O-rings, take a look at your harness to make sure it accommodates them.

Of course, because this toy is made entirely of silicone, it can be sterilized by using a diluted bleach solution, putting it in the dishwasher, or boiling it. Also because it’s silicone, you should avoid all silicone-based lubes and use only water-based lubes with it.
Experience
I don’t usually go for the realistic or semi-realistic dildos, preferring abstract and fanciful shapes, but there was something about this mini-phallus that I found appealing. It just looks naughty, perhaps because its shape and size make clear that it’s intended for asses.

My partner has enjoyed two fingers and small plugs in her ass before, but this was the longest toy we’ve ever used. At first, I worried that she might need to work up to it, but it turns out that it just *seemed* bigger at first glance than the plugs we had used--probably because of the length. When I took out my ruler, it turned out that the dildo was actually not as wide as my two fingers and about the same width as the small plugs we’ve used in the past. I worked it in slowly, as she’s never had something quite that long inside, and she eased into it. She told me it was quite comfortable. Asses can accommodate much, much more length than pussies, and this little dick is certainly not the longest ass toy out there, so the length, while new, didn’t pose much of a challenge. She had a strong orgasm while I stimulated her clit and the plug stayed in quite nicely (although the second time, it did slip out a bit, but not all the way.) Overall, we’re very satisfied with this toy, and one day, I might even let her use it on me.
Follow-up commentary
We actually did try it vaginally for five hot seconds. In the heat of the moment, it was the cleanest and closest dildo on hand, so I used it on her vaginally. She wasn’t too impressed, and soon begged me for something bigger. (Well, she is a size queen.) It’s probably not ideal for very long-term wear as a plug, as those tend to have a much greater difference between width of the shaft and the width of the tapered portion, enabling the sphincter to really hold on to the narrower part. But it was definitely not one of those disappointing plugs that just slips out all the time—I think the length helps with this. I don’t know if Eden sells a set with the same sizes in metal, but I did put the Eaze in my harness with a 2” rubber ring to get a sense of how it would work. Of course, it’s too small for my 2 inch O-ring, but I think that a 1 1/4 inch in either rubber or metal ring would work like a charm.

How was the experience for you and your partner? Did you try it both vaginally and anally? Good for long term wear as a plug? Thanks for the introduction to the Eaze.

Interesting that this is being marketed as a plug. Did it stay in well during orgasm?
I'd suggest metal o-rings for use as a strap-on, since the smaller base might wiggle out of a flexible o-ring more easily.

Oops! More information was supposed to be in the "Experience" section of the review, but I submitted without noticing that was missing. And, miraculously, I didn't have any supposed spelling errors, so the review went right through without giving me a chance to fix that.

My follow up and comments should answer all of your questions.

This didn't fit within the word limit on the follow-up review:

I haven’t used it yet in a harness because I don’t have the set of O-rings I mention in the review above (although I do want to get them). Also, given my lover’s ample ass and my own generous proportions, I think this might not be long enough for penetration with a harness—at least for us. I’ll still try it, however, whenever I get around to buying the rings. Everybody with a harness should really have more ring options, and that’s a blind spot in my collection at present.

It was originally labeled as a “plug” but is now labeled as a “probe,” which is probably a better classification. At the end of the day, however, how you use it is infinitely more important than what you call it, and it can be used in a variety of ways.

I agree, Cock Wrangler, metal is sturdier (and hotter, I think) than rubber for an O-ring, but a rubber O-ring should function nonetheless.
