Pretty obviously, the main audience for this piece is males who enjoy anal play. The unique design of this plug seems to allow easier insertion. The dimples increase circumference while decreasing diameter. I find that I can work this plug in sans warm up with a little work. Something that I would not be able to do with anything else in 2" range.

As others have said, the shear weightiness of the 2.0 provides a lovely sensation on its own.

Stainless steel is an amazingly neutral material. Nothing sticks to it at all. It's super easy to clean.
I do want to note here that it is possible to scuff or scratch the surface of these stainless pieces.
I have another NJoy plug that has a small scuff mark on it from being thrown in an overnight bag with other various items.

The ability of solid stainless to hold heat is another fantastic feature -- after even short usage the 2.0 feels notably warm from just body heat.

I love the design of this plug. The shape works for me -- the size works for me. The dimples really seem to aid insertion and have a wonderful feel once the plug is in. The handle acts like a flare on a dildo to stop the shaft from slipping in, and the handle on 2.0 is much larger than the handles on the other Pure Plugs.

A new comer to the rear, though, should probably work up to the 2.0.

It is probably inadvisable to take this toy on an airplane. Someone unfamiliar with steel toys may perceive this to be a weapon, and it will set off metal detectors like crazy! A pound and half of steel could possibly inflict a pretty serious injury.

This plug is simply amazing. The only possible draw back could be size, and that would only be to a beginner. Because it is made out of steel, it is compatible with all lubes, and a little bit of lube goes a long way. I find a very small amount of ID silicone to be very sufficient.

The 2.0 has a nice insertion pop, and I really think that the dimples make insertion easier.

This plug feels wonderfully filling and weighty.

Stainless steel in nearly indestructible. It can be cleaned with soap and water, put in the dishwasher, boiled or even put through an autoclave!

As with all Njoy products, the Pure 2.0 has a wonderful storage box that securely holds the toy when not in use.

The packaging of all Njoy products is way above average. The box is something you will keep for good. I even keep and use the paper sleeves that cover the boxes. Other toy manufacturers should follow Njoy's example and make good boxes that don't contain any plastic!

My gf loves to ride the handle while the plug is in my bum... I'm certainly not going to complain about that! She can orgasm from the handle, and her movements really feel fantastic for me. When the mood strikes and the time isn't available -- it is really a good option for a quicky in lieu of a real pegging.
