Cal Exotics did an awesome job constructing the 10-Function Risque. It's firm enough that it will help guide you in the right direction when you can't see your behind, and soft enough at the tip that it won't hurt or puncture skin when being inserted. I love the material. It has the satin finish of silicone, but is made of TPR. TPR is a super durable rubber-like material that is moderately porous (make sure to clean it well) and is flexible yet firm. The toy is completely smooth and is tapered for easy insertion.

This toy would be great for a beginner because of the smooth and firm material. It's easy to guide, feel, and control when inserted.

CalExotics states that the toy is odorless but I feel the material does have a smell to it. It's not a bad scent, just kind of like when you sit in a new car. It's not good or bad; it's just there.

I think they may have called it Risque because you take a risk for it to stay in or pop out whenever inserted.

I mean, the whole idea of an anal plug is that it plugs your butt. This one kind of just pops out whenever you push it in. You need to hold it with your hand for it to stay in because the neck isn't long enough for your butt to close around it.

That's my only complaint. It doesn't stay put.

Otherwise the plug is amazing. The tapered head makes it easy for you to control the pace at which you put it in because it slides in with ease. Without texture you can really feel the way the toy fits in your body. I'm a huge fan of how easy it was to use. I mean, even if this was your first time, it wouldn't be too painful because you can go slow and your sphincter muscles will get accustomed to the feeling quickly.
