After letting this thing losen ya' up for a little, and relax the sphincter you are ready to accommodate a substantially large cock, dildo, or bigger plug. The fact that it's short is also very nice, as a plug should be more for width penetration and not depth (in my view at least).

I really see zero negatives with this plug-- just be aware of its 6.5in circumference before ordering! It's a good idea to get out measuring tape and make a loop and look at it before ordering.
