Get ready to say "ouch!" These nipple clamps are not to be taken lightly. They are for advanced nipple clamp users only. Non-adjustable, and extremely painful, they will be dearly loved by masochists and sadists. Most commonly used on the nipples, they can also be worn on the breasts, if the nipples are too sensitive, labia, and ball sac. The soft rubber nubs on each clamp gives this toy a nice "no slip" grip on any area of the body.

The lengthy chain that connects the clamps is thick without being bulky, and adds a nice weight. Though weight can always be added. The chain is sturdy and nicely attached to the bottom of each clamp. It can be pulled on quite a bit and the clamps don't budge. These clamps are for any gender or sex. If you like pain, you will love them!

These clamps are made of a thin metal. The metal is smooth, and coated with a with a nice black finish. The rubber pads on the inside of the clamps have 4 small raised numbs that do not add much to the sensation, but are useful in securing the clamps to the skin.

The design of these clamps are stylish and flawless. Although they are the same style as the clover clamps, they do not tighten as they are pulled, like the traditional clover clamp. Putting these clamps on are not much trouble at all; however, taking them off can be difficult. The rubber nubs imprint themselves into the skin, and after the pressure is taken off, the nubs tend to stick to the skin. They are often more painful when taken off than put on.

These clamps are not all that comfortable. Most likely, they cannot be worn under clothing. The clamps would stick out under a shirt, and could possibly catch on thin material like mesh or nylon and pull unexpectedly. They are easily worn on naked flesh, in situations when clothing is not needed: intercourse, private play parties, and intimate BDSM scenes. They work well on varied sizes of nipples, large and small.

Just by looking at these clamps, you can tell they are very mechanical. When the sides are pinched together with the fingers the clamp opens, and open very wide for different sizes of nipples, or thick flesh to which they are attached. They are non-adjustable, so when the clamps are pinched onto nipples, they clamp down tightly.

I have used clover clamps in the past and I really enjoyed them. I though these clamps would be a cinch. I soon found that these clamps are far beyond the intensity I have experienced before. I think what made them so intense at first is that the mechanism is new, and with more use, the gears will weaken and become a bit more tolerable.

Metal is awfully easy to clean and maintain. It is a non-porous, phthalates free, latex free, food-grade material. These clamps can be boiled, and are dishwasher safe, but if you are planning on using them in the bedroom with a specific partner they can be cleaned easily with warm water and mild soap if needed. They should be dried with a towel and stored dry to decrease rust.

I keep my clamps in the drawer of my nightstand. They are small and can fit into purses, suitcases or other travel bags for a fun travel play toy. Small velvet or cotton bags are also nice, to keep the chain from getting tangled on jewelry or other chained clamps.

At first, I hated these clamps. I put them onto my highly sensitive nipples and to my dismay promptly took them off. If I didn't think I would cause even more pain by tearing them off, I would have. I then complained to my friend about how tight they were and how they would only be used for punishment purposes. He was rather surprised since I had taken his clover clamps so well. He suggested that I leave them clamped onto something, to stretch out the gears and to make them a bit more comfortable.

I left them clamped onto the edge of my bedside table and after a day or so I took them off and tried them again, not on the ball of my nipple, but onto the flesh of the areola. They were so much more comfortable, especially since I wasn't putting so much pressure onto a small area like my nipple. I love the chain. It works as a perfect gag when I hold it between my teeth, and I am able to control the angle and strength at which I pull at them.

They have really grown on me, and I really love playing with them.
