These Butterfly or Japanese Clover nipple clamps are a high intensity toy for high intensity nipple play/torture. This particular pair is in black and like most has a matching chain connecting the two clamps. One of the key features of clover clamps is that pulling on the chain causes the clamps to tighten. The rubber pads on the tips have nibs to help to keep the clamps from slipping off, but don't count on the rubber [ads to lessen the effect - they do not.
