As my second pair of nipple clamps, these clamps are wonderful and definitely one of my favorite purchases.
The clamps allow for great control of pressure and placement, going as light or tight as you could possibly want them for both the nipples and the clit. They stay on relatively well with movement and the chain provides a great weight and sensation moving across the skin. Alone or with a partner, the clamps provide amazing stimulation all around. Personally, receiving oral with the clit clamp in place is fantastic.
The chain allows for nice control in the hands of yourself or a partner. Depending on how tight the clamps are, you will need to be careful not to pull too hard, as they may slip off.

I've found this toy is great alone or in conjunction with a variety of other toys. If you're one for having everything stimulated at once, attaching these babies while using a vibrator, anal plug, receiving oral, etc. will be sure to ramp up your experience and put you over the edge. Alone they are great, providing extra sensitivity to your erogenous zones, and also as a teasing effect.

Personally, I have used them with clitoral simulators, and have found that to be an extremely rewarding experience along with the use of any type of vibrating sex toy (including plugs.) The vibrations do relatively well against the metal so long as they're not on top of each other, and and it provides for an intense experience.

Cleaning is a breeze. Just wipe down with an antibacterial toy wipe (to prevent deterioration of the metal) and store with all your other toys. It does pretty well in showers, providing for a fun and slippery experience - just be sure to dry them off well before storing them away.
