Aslan ball gag - mouth gag discontinued by ASLAN Leather - review by Falsepast

Packaging/Storage: The Aslan silicone gag ball comes in a clear 10x6 plastic pouch. There is nothing but a small barcode sticker on the bag. The buckle of the toy's strap comes attached with a small folded note on how to care for your product. The front says Aslan Leather Care and has a picture of a...lioness...in a cap, wait what? I don't know, but the back side of it has the company's location, number, and website, along with their slogan: "The Best in Strap-on Sex". Inside, there are instructions on how to care for the leather and how to keep the leather looking new, which I will write later in this review. More importantly, the note comes with information of the Aslan guarantee, which states, "Your Aslan item is guaranteed for LIFE! If your item breaks during normal wear or is defective, Please contact us and we will repair or replace the item."

Looks: The toy is 23 inches long, when fully intact with the buckle side measuring just below 9 1/2 inches long and the strap side measuring 12 inches long. The gag ball itself measures in at 5 1/2 inches in circumference, and is removable. At both sides of the ball, there is a metal button that can be unbuttoned, allowing the strap to be removed, and leaving access for the ball to be removed. The side of the strap with the holes has 8 holes, allowing you to adjust how tight or loose the gag is on you. The buckle and strap are very similar to a belt's strap and buckle, making it easy for most everybody to use.

Feel: Although the feel of the toy differs with how tight or loose it gets, one notable thing is that, it is comfortable. There are no issues with the straps hurting the face, back of the head, or anything like that. Unless, of course, the toy is tightened to an unreasonable level, I see no issues with the straps. The ball is a very wonderful size and should probably fit anyone's mouth just perfectly. It is not too big or too small, and is not painful have in for long periods of time. There is a very thin seam going up the center of the ball that is noticable, but does not cause any issues whatsoever with use or discomfort. One minor issue with the gag is the annoyance of having to put the ball back onto the strap if it is removed. This can get slightly annoying and be a bit of a hassle.

Smell/Taste/Sound: The toy came with an aroma of leather, due to the fact that the straps are made of leather, but I found this to be a very likeable scent and for whatever reason, a slight turn on. I think that may be because the smell of leather just reminds me of cowboys and manly men with blue jeans, leather belts, spankings, etc. The gag ball had no taste to it at all, which made sense being that it is made of silicone. If properly worn, screams and words are stopped, but of course whimpers and moans can't be (which is a perfectly fine with me). If the person wearing it were to open their mouth wider, obviously, noises will make it out.

Material/Cleaning: The Aslan silicone gag ball is obviously made of silicone, which scores a 10/10 on the safety scale. It is a very safe material, being that it is non-porous, and can be completely sterilized if boiled for a few minutes. The straps on the gag are made of leather, which is a 7/10 on the safety scale. It is described as being being water resistant with high tensile strength, and a high resistance to tearing. The gag came with its own instructions on care which reads as follows: "With a moist cloth and a little soap (dish soap or leather cleaner) wipe the area to be cleaned. Wipe off excess soap using a moist cloth. Pat dry immediately, be sure to get all the moisture out of fold and creases. Store your leather in a cool dry place away from direct heat and light." After that, there are these instructions on how to keep it looking new: "Never soak or submerge your leather in water. Do not hang to dry always dry completely after cleaning. Protect metal rivets from tarnish by applying a coat of clear nail polish. Condition your leather with leather conditioner when the leather shows signs of dryness."

This is still an amazing gag and I am unsure if I should buy another, since this one is so good! I feel that this may be the best gag I'll ever find, but I'm not entirely sure. Either way it is still a really great one that everyone should have.
