Intima silk blindfold - headgear by LELO - review by InsatiablyTaken

I am sure you noticed the mini part of the title. That was the biggest part of my experience with this blindfold so I feel it should come first. My head is 55 cm or a little under 22 inches in circumference. I could barely put the blindfold on and even then it was far too tight to be considered comfortable. Due to the design of the blindfold, the size cannot be adjusted up or down. There is a portion in the back of the blindfold that is elastic that is meant to conform to the size of the head within a certain range. Based on average head circumferences in the US, you might want to measure yourself before buying this blindfold, especially men that have an average of 57 cm.

That being said, the quality is up to Lelo standards, which means that it is exquisite. Good quality silk, brilliant color (plum), and the pattern is very elegant and mature. The bow in the back can be a bit bulky and is purely for decoration. The blindfold can be taken off and the silk ties on it can be used to stimulate and tease other parts of the body. I do suggest however not getting any form of fluids on it as it is silk and cleaning it would be rather hard. If you do get it dirty, I am going to suggest going to a professional dry cleaner, perhaps one out of town if you are sensitive to the fact it is a blindfold. Store in a cool, dark place, never in direct sunlight.

This blindfold is much more for light BDSM play than anything really serious. So for someone new to the game or perhaps an old hat that prefers their blindfolds non-strict, this is a good choice. Just watch out for size.
