If you're a beginner to gags, or have problems breathing through your nose, then this gag might be perfect for you. The ball is a little on the larger end, and it tends to move around a bit, but this really isn't a bad gag. Especially for the price!

Breathable, Cheap, Adjustable, Durable
Cons
Looks cheap, Ball moves around a lot and can cause chafing
This is a breathable ball gag. It's great for beginners who are nervous about being gagged and for people who have trouble breathing through their nose. I belong in the second category. I have chronic sinus problems, but love to be gagged. So this worked out pretty great for me.
This is a bit of a larger sized gag, so if you've never used one before, you might want to try to find something a bit smaller. I really had to stretch my mouth out to use it, and my jaw got sore pretty fast.
This can be used for a bit harder restraint. I've pulled on it quite a bit, and it seems to be fine. I wouldn't use it too hard though, because the buckle seems a little flimsy. I don't play super hard while using gags, so I have no way to tell you how well this would hold up, unfortunately. All I can say is that I've pulled as hard as I can on both ends of the strap and it's holding up pretty well.
This does seem to be a lot better made then I thought when I first opened. It looks a little cheap, because it's made of plastic and vinyl. I've tugged and pulled all over it though, and it's holding up very well.
The ball gag is made of plastic. It's hollow with holes all over it, so you can breathe through your mouth while using it. The outer edges of the holes are pretty smooth, so you don't have to worry about jagged edges hurting your lips or anything. The strap is made of vinyl. The strap is in three sections. There are two thicker parts on either side that have the buckle, and the holes that the buckle goes in. Then there is a smaller strap in the middle that holds the ball on. The strap goes right through the middle of the ball. It's about three inches long, and the ball can slide back and forth on it. This can cause some irritation to the sides of your mouth after a short time.
The outside of the strap has a faux leather look, and is kind of smooth and shiny. The inner part of the strap that would be against you is softer so it feels nice on your face. To buckle the strap, you simply buckle it like a belt. It has eleven different holes so it's very adjustable and should fit just about any size head. The full thing is twenty-six inches long. If you buckle it on the first hole it's only about sixteen inches, so you can tell there's a lot of room to adjust. When you put it on it fits comfortably. The only problem is the ball movement.
The ball is about the size of a golf ball. It's a little on the larger size so it might take your mouth a bit to get used to it. It hurt my jaw after only about ten minutes. I'm working on getting used to it thought.
I'm not disappointed with this gag at all. It's very durable, and I was able to breathe well while using it, which is a huge selling point for me! The only thing I really had a problem with was the ball moving back and forth on the strap. It's not bad unless you're on your back and try to move your head to get more comfortable or something. Then the ball scoots with you. It did cause some irritation around the corners of my mouth.
I would continue to use this though, just because I like how it's a bit bigger. Once I get used to it, I think I'll be much happier. Something to keep in mind though is that gags make you drool a lot. If you've never used one before, be prepared to make a huge mess.
This gag is definitely worth the money, because it's not very expensive.
I like this gag because I can breathe with it. If you have no problem breathing through your nose, then you're probably better off just getting a normal silicone ball gag or something like that. I'm sure it would be much higher quality.
This isn't bad for the price, but I'd much rather have leather straps. Sadly, I can only get ball gags that have holes in them which really limits my selection.
Follow-up commentaryI don't like it anymore3 months after original review
I don't use this gag much, because I have a much better breathable ballgag. I also don't really like how the ball moves on this one. It's not a bad product for beginners, but I'd just much rather use something else.
