What is this "Vampire Gloves" that I've never heard of all about?
The Leather Vampire Gloves made by the KinkLab company is really an original product. I got these gloves in the size of extra small, because my hands are small. I had full intentions of using this on my Master for just a "haha" moment.. but he ended up making me use them on myself. They are obviously made out leather and they are extremely scratchy. It is literally gloves with tacks sticking out of them. They are a little bit difficult to put on yourself because you are trying not to poke yourself in the process. They fit very snug, but I have small hands. I don't know how I feel about this product. I'm not into blood play. These vampire gloves definitely break the skin, leave marks, and make you bleed. I don't really think I'm into it as much as when I first saw these and just had to buy them. It intimidates me and Master feels the same way. We are not into blood play.

Why would you buy this?
I bought these because of the sex appeal and BDSM aspect to these gloves. They looked to erotic and a good type of sensory play, as well as a good spanking that really hurt. It leaves little tack marks on your body wherever you hit, and draws blood. I wouldn't recommend using this on anyone else but yourself or have it used on you. There is blood involved and we don't want to share that type of stuff unless you are bonded to your partner and know about your blood and theirs. I wish I liked these more, but they are scratchy and mark my skin a little bit too much. I love being welted, bruised, ect.. but dots of scabs and blood.. not my thing.

What is it made out of..?
These gloves are made out of leather and metal. Leather is made out of natural fibers (Patent leather is leather that has been given a high gloss finish.) Leather is a water resistant material with a high tensile strength and high resistance to tear. Usually used for harnesses and restraints it has high resistance to flexing and to puncture. Good heat insulator. Metal is An element that readily forms ions (cations) and has metallic bonds. Metal is phthalate-free and has firm, smooth texture. It is usually shiny, with a high density, ductile and malleable, usually has a high melting point, and retains heat well.

They smell delicious like leather but that is only one good point about this product. It feels very scratchy with the metal parts, but with the leather, it feels divine. I didn't taste this product but I'm sure it tastes like some good leather since it smells so good.

Is this for BDSM play?
This is definitely made for BDSM play. It says on the product page that this is for Light BDSM kits. This is most definitely NOT a light BDSM kit. It is an extreme BDSM kit. It is for advanced users only that are into blood play. If blood turns you on, go for it. I'm not stopping you. It just isn't my cup of tea, and there aren't very many things that are not in my kink fetish area. It is for extreme play only. Beginners and moderate users, do not apply. You will regret it.

How do I clean this?
This product is actually quite difficult to clean. For leather, you can wipe this down with a cloth of warm water. You can also use antibacterial wipes on this. For the metal, do the same. If blood gets on these, it is difficult to get it out. Do not share with anyone that you can't blood-bonded too. You need to know about your partners blood and your blood. If someone has an infection, ect.. there is a chance you might catch it since this is definitely for blood play and will make you bleed. You will get scabs and maybe some scars. Please use caution with these gloves.

What are your experiences with the scratchy-ness?
At first, I was full on wanting to use these gloves on myself. I had Master right there with me and we didn't know if we wanted to use these in play. We used them once. I will tell you our experiences. I put on the gloves with much effort because it was hard to get on myself. I put the gloves on my thighs and moved them a bit. It immediately left some scratchy stuff on my leg. It broke my skin already. I held the gloves down on my stomach and when I finally let them up, there were a million indentations of tacks on my stomach that were turning red. When I slapped my tits with these evil gloves, I drew blood. I was not okay with this. I am not into blood play, and my Master is definitely not into blood play either. We immediately took off the gloves and they have sat in our toybox alone the entire time. I wish I loved them more, but it is just too dangerous for us. I may like extreme rough BDSM sex that leaves welts and bruises, but I don't like blood and scabs. Use caution.
