Trustex flavored condoms - male condom discontinued by Line One Laboratories, Inc - review by indiechick

Some of us don't like the taste of sperm, some of us are not in a committed relationship and want to be careful about fluids, and some of us end up giving oral halfway through a sexual adventure and don't like having to take one condom off and after oral and put on another. Whatever your issues, in theory this is a really good idea: flavor the condom, make giving oral more enjoyable, make life safer and have an easier transition to and from sex. I wish I could say that this was all true, unfortunately this product missed its mark.

I have only ever used the Trustex Cola flavored condom and I will not be going back to try the rest for several reasons:

1. It smelled like latex, and considering flavor is a combination of taste and smell I knew that this wasn't going to be good.
2. It burned during sex. Whatever they use to get the flavor was hating on my vagina. Thank god I have a handheld shower head and could clean out whatever was on that condom quickly.
3. The texture on the condom did nothing for me.
4. They say that they are lubricated, but we needed to add lube to enjoy sex and my partner had a difficult time using the condom.

There was one perk: the price; but in the end you get what you pay for and this was obviously cheap.

This was my first and last flavored condom. I know that some people say that there are better brands out there, but all are made of latex and that smell is never going to allow anything to taste good.

These condoms are latex. If you have any sort of sensitivity or allergy please do not use these condoms.

A condom is a condom and if I am out of options I will use it because sex is worth it...UNLESS THIS IS YOUR ONLY OPTION. Then sex can wait the taste is appalling for me going down on my boyfriend even after he has taken it off and it makes me itch inside...never a good feeling after sex.
