Trustex flavored condoms - male condom discontinued by Line One Laboratories, Inc - review by TheCleansing

The Trustex Flavored Condom lived up to its name in enhancing my sexual relationship with my girlfriend. We have tried a variety of these condoms and most if not all of them taste kind of like what they're supposed to: Mint, cola, vanilla, banana, chocolate, grape, etc. We found vanilla and banana to taste the most like their namesakes. Although it's obvious the taste is artifical, it is in no way "medicinal" like Children's Motrin or Tylenol or something of that sort. It's a bit more like the taste of candy in that, again, it's artificial but it tastes a bit like its purported flavor and isn't bad.

Taste aside, they function like regular condoms do. No special ribs, no fancy studs. They do come in different colors though, the ones you'd expect. Strawberry is red. Banana is yellow, and so on and so forth. One gripe I had about the condom itself was that there wasn't too much of the lubricant on it. Essentially after my girlfriend tasted it and proceeded with about five seconds of "intercourse warmup" oral sex, the lubricant was almost all but gone. Little to no after taste is a good thing. Another minor issue was that the condom was somewhat tight, for an average guy like me at least. The condoms had a reservoir tip, which helps to control ejaculation a little. Works just like any other condom with a reservoir tip. They tie up pretty easily, and apart from the whole taste and tightness we've never had any problems with them. We have also tried them with various water based lubricants and have found the experience to be fantastic.

We have used these condoms on and off for about six months and never have they broken on us or spilled or anything of the sort. The construction of the condom is pretty good. Taste aside it functions like any other Trustex condom, which means it is durable and strong. It doesn't take away from the sensitivity as some "extra durable" condoms do, but it doesn't give any increased sensitivity as "Lifestyles SKYN" ones do.

Overall it is a good condom and set at a fantastic price. I recommend these for anyone who wants a flavored condom. There are a wide range of flavor selections: Mint, Cola, Vanilla, Chocolate, Banana, Grape, and Strawberry were the ones I encountered.

Pretty standard condom fare. A little small, but great tasting still. I still use them regularly. No complaints from this one. Still haven't found a better tasting flavored condom but if anyone does, let me know.
