VIP - realistic dildo discontinued by Tantus - review by Sammi

The VIP dildo by Tantus is quite a toy. It’s a semi-realistic seamless dildo, with balls, and comes in two lovely colors – purple and pink. I selected the pink one, and was delighted when it arrived in the mail. The pink is a pretty, almost pearly color, and looked wonderful.

My husband has discovered that dildos without balls don’t work well for when he’s thrusting the toy into me, as lube can make a ball-less dildo slippery and hard to handle. This is not a problem with the VIP. It has a nice set of balls at the base which are easy to hold on to. This dildo can also be used in an O-ring compatible harness for strap-on fun, although we did not try it out this way.

The VIP is a 6 1/4” long from tip to bottom with 5 1/2” insertable, and about 1 1/2” in diameter, which is a pleasant and filling size, both length-wise and width-wise. Made of silicone, the VIP is non-porous, odorless and phthalate free, and can be sterilized by boiling it or running it through the dishwasher (top rack). Only a water-based lubricant should be used.

Two things made me hesitate about this dildo before we tried it for the first time. The VIP is quite curved. It’s designed to stimulate the g-spot or prostate, and the curve allows it to do this. Also, the VIP is firm. Very firm. The shaft does not flex much at all, from tip to base. You have to be careful when inserting the VIP that the curve matches your internal curve. Otherwise, it is quite uncomfortable!

My husband liberally applied KY to the VIP and we were ready to try it out. I don’t know what he was thinking when he thrust it in the first time, but ouch! Once he rotated the VIP with my help, it felt really good going in and out. We used the VIP in both doggy and missionary positions, and with the right angle, it felt wonderful.

A few days later, I tried the VIP alone, while in the tub. He was fun to play with in the water, and I was able to control the angle and thrusting much better alone. I will be using the VIP more for solo play than play with my husband.

This is a very nice, well-made dildo, and if you like a firm toy and g-spot/prostate stimulation, the VIP is for you.

I really enjoy this one as a solo toy. My husband has tried using it on me a few times, but he gets so into the thrusting that it tends to hurt if he pulls it out too far. I'm much gentler and sensitive to how it's going in and out.

I wish the VIP was a bit softer so we could use it together, but I love it for solo play. The size is just perfect.
