Charmer - strap-on dildo by Tantus - review by lexxxmoonchild

The Charmer, like most Tantus products, is a definite winner. If you're not familiar with Tantus products, the silicone they use has a much more silky, pliable feel than most other silicone dildos. It lacks the obvious "seam" that many cheaper dildos have, which makes for a more comfortable and safe insertion. The Pearl Pink has a beautiful opalescent color that is good if you're going for a more feminine look to your toy box.

Coming in at 7" with a 1 1/8" diameter, it's not terribly difficult (in my opinion at least), to use vaginally or anally. The ribbed texture is very distinct, which may make it difficult for some to use anally, but I would say it's still very enjoyable. There's not as much of a "full" feeling as there is with thicker dildos, but it does do well at stimulating deeply. If you have problems with insertion with wider dildos, either vaginally or anally, I would recommend this. People who enjoy a thicker dildo may enjoy the Tsunami, also by Tantus.

If you prefer the feeling of a rigid dildo, this may not be the product for you. The Charmer does have some firmness, but it also easily bent. It has an unusual staggered quality that makes the head wider than the base. Because it is thinner at the base, there is some instability when using it in a harness. However, I've used it in pegging with much success. The flared base makes it ideal for harnesses that use an O-ring, and the distinct curve makes it good for both G and P-spot stimulation.

Because it is silicone it is easily cleaned, which makes it ideal for use with multiple partners (make sure to disinfect it between use with each partner). Make sure to avoid a silicone-based lube.
