The Double Dare by SSA glass is a glass dildo that is a little different than most. It is one of the largest glass toys that are offered on Eden and can work as a juicer type toy or be used as a regular dildo. The length, 6.75 inches total and 6 inches insertable, makes it great for thrusting(with the thinner end) because you don't have to worry as much about poking your cervix. The large head at one end also makes this toy safe for anal play, however I would not use it anally with the large side inserted because then there is no large base. Although one end is larger in size and may suit those who have experience with larger, firm toys, the other end also means those newer to toys can have some fun with this one.

Made from pink Pyrex glass, the Double Dare is very pretty. Glass is a very safe toy material that can be used by anyone, even those with allergies or sensitivities to certain products. This type of glass is strong, and does not break very easily. However, it is important to check your glass toys for nicks or cracks before use just in case. If there are any issues like this, then do not use it. Glass works well for temperature play and can be heated up or cooled off by putting it in a bowl of water that is of the desired temperature. Although glass has a nice slick surface that makes only a little bit of lube necessary, it is good to know that any type of lubricant is compatible with this material.

As I mentioned, the Double Dare has a very interesting design. One end has 2 bulbs that are separated by straight shaft. This end is smaller so it should work for those who have less experience with toys. You can feel each of the bulbs, but it is a nice feeling and only provides a gentle "pop" that shouldn't bother most people. At the largest parts of the bulbs, this end is a little over 1 inch in diameter. The large head is big (a little over 1 3/4 inches in diameter), and on top of being big it has swirls and nubs. The nubs and swirls are fairly raised, and you will definitely feel them in conjunction with the size. I was a little intimidated by this end at first, but I know that I can handle a toy of this size so I was still eager to try it. The texture on this side makes it feel nice when you swirl/spin the toy around inside of you or use slower movements. I would not recommend a lot of thrusting with this side because it can get uncomfortable as the texture and head slide in and out too quickly.

The Double Dare comes packaged in a thin black velvet bag that offers very little padding. If you want extra protection, you will need to buy a new bag. When it arrives it is also wrapped in bubble wrap to keep it safe during shipping.

The Double Dare turned out to be a very functional glass toy for me. The small end with the bulbs works well for warming up and it also is nice to use for kegels (the weight of the large head makes you work a little harder). The big, textured head fills me up very well and can hit my g-spot. I usually don't need lube with most of my glass toys, but I needed lube to comfortably insert this end. It takes a little getting used to, but then it is fine. It feels really good when I slowly spin it and I was able to orgasm easily with this end. Right now the head on this one makes it my largest glass toy. I was a little worried that the size would be a little big in a glass toy, but I like it and hope to try more larger glass toys in the future.
