I bought this a few years ago when I began to explore a bit of gender bending. When I received the package, I was immediately taken back by how soft this was. Incredibly squishy and silky out of the package. No offensive odors. Beautifully made. The only complaint I may have is I wish the testicles were a little larger. The length of the shaft didn't seem to match the testicles well.

You certainly cannot use this for insertions. It's simply too squishy for that. I have heard of people inserting tubes with female adaptors through the shaft to allow FTM's to pass when needing to go to the bathroom and use the standing urinals. I could see this working out if you are careful not to tear the delicate material that this is made of.
