This packer looks and feels realistic. If you let it peek out the top of your underwear for a hot picture, it looks real. And if someone grabs or brushes against your crotch while you're wearing it, it feels real.

I've had this packer for around a year now. The only con is that it can make you sweat a lot because there's rubbery material rubbing against your skin. You should make sure you wash it occasionally, and put powder on it to keep it from getting too much of a sticky feel.

This packer is great for trans men, or anyone who wants to experiment with gender / sex. It doesn't require a harness, either, if your under wear is tight enough to keep it from slipping out the side. I'm usually not brave enough to wear it under skirts without a harness (I don't want it falling out and bouncing onto the ground while I walk!) but in tight jeans or shorts I never use a harness. It would also work great under tights or panty hose. I often wear them to make sure it stays in place under my skirts.

I wouldn't suggest a bigger size if you're going to be wearing it under your clothes out in public, though, especially if you're going to be wearing it under something tight. the medium definitely gives a big enough bulge. I may have been better off going for the small, really. It looks a lot bigger in your pants than it does in pictures.
