I use the Mr. Packy, medium size, with the SpareParts Pete briefs packer – packing strap. It creates a realistic looking bulge when wearing loose jeans. If worn with tighter pants, look out for the appearance of having a boner. It makes for some awkward situations when in public. Also, be careful if you'll be traveling through TSA. If going through the full body scan, there is a chance of you being stopped. I didn't even think about it before going on a trip to Italy. I was stopped and subjected to a pat down, much to my embarrassment. It’s not fun explaining to strangers why you're wearing a fake penis.

When first taken from the materials, it does smell very odd. After use, it smells much more human. It’s very soft and very stretchy. It looks very realistic, in my honest opinion. It works well in the SpareParts Pete briefs packer packing strap.

The design is beautiful. I'm a large fan of the way that it's made and the way it looks. Size-wise, I'm not a big fan. Again, it's much too large for my likings, but I'll continue using it. I would say go down to the small, rather than medium. Again, if traveling, I would not recommend wearing it through security.

I honestly LOVE this packer. I kind of like looking like I have a boner. It makes me feel manlier. This packer stays nice and snug, very little movement and NO fall-outs yet. Knock on wood.

I keep my packer in my harness when I'm not wearing it, and I wash it every other day. I pat it dry before I let it sit for a bit. After it dries, I pat it with cornstarch lightly. If you don't, be ready for lint and dirt.
