Some reviewers mentioned using the Christmas tree shaped end and the bulbs for insertion. I knew I wouldn't like it but the beau wanted to try... so I begrudgingly obliged. It felt like a trip to the gynecologist. I let him get in about 2 inches before I said 'forget it.' This is more a toy I use for playing with him anally. The small girth helps open him up gradually over time so that we can use larger toys.
