Just A Shade Below Pure Bliss

Rainbow Bliss is a wonderfully textured toy. The colorful stripes running down the sides don't look like much at first but are surprisingly quite pleasurable. This toy would work for nearly anyone since it can be used vaginally or anally (it has a flared base), is not incredibly huge, and yet still manages to make its presence known. If you are not such a fan of texture then finding something else would be in your best interest.

Since this is glass, playing catch the dildo on concrete is not on the list of recommended uses; but Pyrex glass does hold up pretty well so not much else should break it. Ramming this toy into your cervix is generally not the most pleasing of sensations for the average user, there is not a lot of give to glass. Glass can be warmed or cooled if you'd like to mix some temperature play in there. Placing it in hot or cold water is one option, or toss it in the refrigerator. Just be careful to check the temperature before use.

This is a Pyrex glass toy. It lacks any real scent or horrible taste. It is quite rigid and smooth. As I mentioned, the colored ribbons are raised and add a nice texture. I don't believe that it is too much texture for a beginner though.

One of the great things about glass is that it is easily sterilizable and is pretty easy to clean in general. You can use a mild bleach solution, boil it, throw it in the dishwasher, or just use your usual toy cleaner or soap routine. If you are sharing it, you definitely want to pick one of the first options.

Glass is a wonderful choice for a sex toy since it is very safe, in fact it has the highest safety rating available on this site. It is not porous, so no harmful bacteria or anything else can lurk after cleaning.

I found the design of this toy to be quite pretty. The head is good-sized, adding for some extra stimulation. At a maximum diameter of 1 3/8" around the head, this toy is not incredibly large. As I previously mentioned, pretty much anyone should be able to manage this. The rest of the toy is smaller than that. The insertable length is about 6 1/2".

The flared base not only allows for this toy to be used anally, it also means that if you want to stand it up you can. Start an entire china cabinet or something, just don't invite Granny over since it looks like a dildo despite its artsy rainbow ribbons.

This toy isn't very discreet, if you are traveling but it does come in a very nicely padded bag. If you don't mind security potentially knowing that you like sex toys then you could pack this in your luggage. (And really, who cares if a bunch of strangers know you brought a dildo on your vacation?)

I am a texture person so I definitely did enjoy this toy. The ribbons are raised enough to add some texture, but are not so much that they are too intense for the average toy user. I found that I really enjoyed just twisting this toy to play around with the texture to be quite pleasurable. It became even more so if I angled it so that the ribbons were near my clit. The large head can also be positions on the g-spot for some great sensations as well.
However, I really feel that something was just sort of not all there for me. I think it would probably be better for someone new to glass toys or texture.

Cleaning this toy is only slightly difficult. You do need to take quite a bit of extra care to clean around the ribbons since all sorts of nasty things can potentially get trapped in there. Since it is made out of glass, there are a multitude of options for cleaning and even sterilization. Boiling, bleach, dishwashers, pretty much anything you can do with your dishes will be just fine for this toy.

Glass toys are compatible with all lubricants and condoms for quick switching while sharing.

It comes with a padded bag for storage purposes. I am keeping mine in there, it seems sufficient for protection provided you are not dropping heavy items into your sex toy arsenal. The outside of the bag is black faux suede and the inside is a bright pink silk. It closes with drawstrings to keep your toy from falling out.

While I found the texture to be enjoyable, the girth to be sufficient, and no other real problems with this toy, I am not 100% feeling it. I'm sure it won't a forgotten member of my collection, but it won't be in high rotation either. Something is just not quite fully there for me. Maybe it needs more texture or needs to have a slightly larger girth throughout. As I said, I did enjoy it, I think it'd be a great starter toy, especially for someone brand new to the world of glass. Perhaps I will attempt using it anally at some point and see if it does more for me that way.
