Classic glass g-spot dildo

Not Ruby, But Still a Gem

The Ruby G (which actually isn't ruby at all, but orange) is a beautiful and effective glass g-spot toy. Made out of hygienic glass, the Ruby G is body-safe and can provide lots of firm pressure to the g-spot.

Use

The Ruby G is designed as a g-spot dildo - it's completely straight with a curved tip and a round handle. It could also be used safely as an anal toy, because of this round base (it's a bit on the long side for an anal plug, though). Both ends of the toy could be used vaginally, but the curved end is better for its intended purpose: g-spotting. The Ruby G would be an excellent first-time g-spotting toy, since it isn't overly large but has the effective curved tip.

Material / Texture

The Ruby G is made of Pyrex glass, which means it's strong, smooth, and safe. It's non-porous, so it can be shared (as long as it's sterilized between users). Pyrex glass is great because if you happen to drop it and it breaks, it will break into a few large pieces rather than a million tiny sharp pieces. With normal use, glass won't break or chip, though. If you happen to drop the toy, inspect it for cracks or chips and if you find any, discontinue use immediately. Glass can also be heated up or cooled down for temperature play using warm or cool water, respectively.

There is no texture on the Ruby G. It's completely smooth, without any nubs or bumps.

Design / Shape / Size

The genius of the Ruby G lies in its simplicity. It's 8 inches long and 1 inch in diameter - it's by no means a huge toy. But glass is firm and unyielding, so it feels bigger than it actually is. As I mentioned before, the toy is totally smooth. The rounded handle is good for keeping a grip on the toy during use, but can also be inserted. The curved tip is perfect for g-spot stimulation: it's about the same width as the tip of the Bent Graduate. This toy is called "Ruby G", implying that it's red in color, but in reality it's a beautiful deep orange. Remember the "Burnt Sienna" crayon in the 64-pack of Crayola crayons? It's that color.

Performance

The Ruby G functions excellently as a pinpoint g-spot toy. It is not very filling, even as glass dildos go, and the head is fairly narrow. As such, it will probably work best for those who have already located their g-spot. Those still searching and exploring may want to choose something with a wider head. But the Ruby G allows you to apply lots of firm pressure to the g-spot without overwhelming length or girth, and so may be a good choice for beginners and advanced users alike.

Care and Maintenance

Care for glass is simple: you can use soap and water or toy cleaner to clean it. Glass is also sterilizable: you can boil it, toss it (gently) in the top rack of the dishwasher (don't use soap), or wipe it down with 10% bleach solution. It's a no-hassle material.

Packaging

The packaging for the Ruby G is happily minimal. The dildo itself comes in a thick drawstring bag which is velvety on the outside and satiny on the inside. The bag isn't padded, so you probably don't want to drop it, but it's sturdy storage and will keep the dildo from getting knocked around when it's not in use. The storage bag with the dildo inside it comes wrapped in a thin plastic bag, but that's it as far as packaging goes. Minimal waste is always good.
