Ruby G - classic glass g-spot dildo by EdenFantasys - review by ToyGurl

I think the Ruby G is the perfect toy for any newbies to the glass toy world. It does not offer any texture, only the nice bent end that does wonders on the G-Spot. (Hence the name Ruby "G"). I don't recommend this toy for any anal stimulation. The curve can potentially damage the anal tissue.

If you are a more advanced toy user, this toy can still be an enjoyable addition to your collection. For once, it will give you a break on those nights when you are just horribly sore from all your other intensely textured toys. It is also, like I said, good for G-Spot stimulation. This baby can get you squirting in no time.

For beginners, this toy is basically good because of its simplicity. No nubs, swirls, bumbs, bulbs, etc. It will give you a good feel of glass, and you can decided after using if you are okay with this one toy, or if you want to try more!

There is no real texture to this toy. It is very smooth, with no extra bumps or swirls of any sort. There is the one large bulb and the gentle G-Spot curve. These two add-ons are enough to help you decide what you think of glass, and are very enjoyable. Really good for the nights when you are not lubricated enough to use a really bumpy toy. I personally have the issue of providing my own self-lubricant some days, and this toy makes a really gentle substitute for one of my other toys that may require lubricant.

Ruby G is obviously made of glass, and is quite heavy. Actually a lot more heavy than other glass toys I own. I do find this to be really nice because you get that "full" feeling. The heaviness also helps with pressure, so you wont have to do so much pushing.

The design is really nice. Most who view this toy may be thinking it could be somewhat painful since it has no curve. Others may think it's too boring and needs knobs and swirls and bumps. But honestly, I find it to be refreshing.

The G-Spot curve definitely hits the spot dead on. The Ruby G will have you squirting like a champ in no time. The bulb on the other end also feels amazing when it is thrust in and out of you.

The lack of texture makes no difference to the pleasure that this toy brings. The size, shape, and everything about this toy definitely makes it unique. Changing anything about Ruby G would defeat the purpose of her simplicity.

The Ruby G is less of a Ruby color, and more of a "Coca Cola" color. This is the only color I can think of that would describe it exactly. I actually find the color very cute because you rarely see other toys like this.

Performance of this toy is well. I am not going to say this is one of my best glass toys. I prefer the more advanced, knobby, swirly toys. However, Ruby G does the job, any time or place. I've squirted everytime I have ever used this dildo!

Definitely a refreshing break from my more advanced toys. Like I said, when you are sore from all the bumps and knobs, Ruby G is the kind of glass dildo you will want.

Very easy to hold on to using either end, and the length makes it very easy to thrust in and out with no problems. Both ends can be used like a handle, believe it or not.

The only thing that may be a turn off for some, is that this toy is not great for anal. The distinct curve will make it painful and even potentially harmful for the anal tissue. The bulbed end could be used, I supposed... but it is rather large for an anal bulb. So altogether, I would have to say that this toy is a vagina-only toy. Sorry!

Glass, as most of you know already, is extremely easy to clean. The possibilities are endless. You can stick it in the dishwasher, top rack, regular settings. Or you can simply wash it with your favorite antibacterial soap/toy cleaner and hot water.

I only recommend not to go from heating to cooling too quickly. Let any glass toy full warm up or cool down to room temperature before switching temps. Glass can break if you do this.

Otherwise, storing is very easy. As long as you have a nice padded place to keep it, you will be fine. I recommend keeping it inside of a drawer, maybe wrapped in a towel, padded drawstring bag, or even a sock. Toys like Ruby G that are particularly heavy seem to be the sturdier toys out there. I dropped her once on the tile and go no chips or breakage. There was a small scratch, but I couldn't feel it. Only see it.

If glass toys ever chip, you're going to want to toss them out, or use the other end of the toy. It's a sad thing to happen, so you should always really take good care of these toys. Keep them out of reach from children, pets, etc.

This dildo only came to me inside a drawstring bag that was wrapped in bubble wrap. The drawstring bag was thin, purple, and velvety. More of a cheap, generic bag... about as good as an old sock. So if you can't already guess, it's not great for storage, but is good to conceal the toy.

There were no instructions, a box, etc. Just some bubble wrap. If you need instructions on care and maintenance, read that section or do your research on EdenFantasys. It's really easy to care for this toy since it is just made of glass.

I suppose this particular drawstring bag could be used as a gift bag. It wasn't as... "ugly" as some of the other bags I have recieved. I recommend adding a little bit of padding inside of it before gifting. Craft stores have great materials for this, and they can even make some padding that fits your toy.

If you are new to glass, and you want to see what it's about before jumping into bumps and swirls - Ruby G is for you. Advanced and beginners alike will all enjoy having Ruby around to keep them company. Very fun toy to use. Don't underestimate her!

I just talked to a woman a little while ago who is older and has Vaginismus. This is the only toy she can use because it is simple and gentle - yet can be used in some rough ways! It's been her favorite since the day she purchased it.
