Pleasurable Sherbert

The Rocket dildo by Tantus is designed to be inserted vaginally or anally to sexually stimulate yourself or a partner. This traditional style dildo would be great for beginners to toys because it is on the small side and made from a very forgiving material. It's also very easy to clean and use and sterilization is made simple since this is comprised of only high quality silicone. Size queens will be left wanting with this toy so finding something else is suggested.

The Rocket can be incorporated during sex with your partner or it can be the main event if you're using it in a strap-on harness. The flared base makes strapping this on very easy, just slide it into the o-ring of your favorite harness, lube it up and have at it. This dildo can also be used for some tantalizing foreplay or some solo fun with yourself, just wash it before and after each use to keep lint and fuzzies off of it.

The Rocket is made from 100% Ultra-Premium Platinum silicone, as is stated on the packaging. It has a 10 out of 10 rating on the Eden materials safety scale and this means the Rocket is non-porous, hypo-allergenic, latex- and phthalates-free and food-grade material. The surface of the Rocket is smooth, but grabby and the only texture on the toy is the slightly pronounced head.

This particular silicone is tri-colored, green, orange and pink which is very reminiscent of rainbow sherbert for many folks. The silicone is also very grabby and will pick up all kinds of lint, hair and fuzz so washing before and after each use is necessary. Using water-based lubricant is necessary to achieve a smooth gliding action with this dildo. Do not use silicone or oil based lubricants with silicone toys unless you have spot tested the silicone first.

The Rocket is a classic dildo in that it has a straight shaft and a head on it. There are no balls included and the head is very slightly pronounced instead of being obvious. There aren't any veins or other texture on this dildo either. There is, however, a large flared base on the bottom making this great for anal use or harness play.

The Rocket measures 6 1/2" long with only 5 1/2" of that being insertable. The diameter of the head measures 1 1/2", or 5" in circumference, but it narrows down to about 1 1/4" in diameter for the whole length of shaft. Down at the bottom of the shaft is the 2 5/8" wide base that is flexible enough to be comfortable during use but not so flexible that it would bend out of a harness when placed in it properly.

There are no visible gaps or seams in the Rocket and it kind of has a pearlescent sheen to its surface which adds to its cute appeal.

The best feature of the Rocket dildo is its versatility. It can be used in or out water so bathtub or shower play is possible, men and women alike can use it since it's anal safe due to its flared base and it's great for use in a strap-on harness if that's your thing.

There are really only two downsides to this toy and those are: The base isn't designed to be suctioned onto a smooth surface and it is a little on the small side in length and diameter. Other than those points this dildo performs quite well and it would be great for beginners or those that enjoy smaller or moderate sized toys.

We don't use a harness at this time so I can't attest to its performance in that capacity but I imagine it'd be pretty great since the base is large and the material is flexible and plushy.

Cleaning the Rocket is so easy, just wash it with warm water and antibacterial soap or toy cleaner or wipe it down with some toy wipes. It can also be sterilized by wiping it down with isopropyl alcohol or a 10% bleach solution, just be sure to rinse it thoroughly afterwards to avoid getting harsh chemicals in sensitive body areas. Boiling for a few minutes or tossing it in the dishwasher without detergent are also options for sterilizing this dildo since there are no motors or batteries to worry about ruining.

To store the Rocket you can either keep it in the box it came in or make/find a pouch to store it in. Either way you store it, you'll have to wash it before using it because it will undoubtedly collect some kind of lint or hair. After placing the dildo in its box or pouch you can store this with all your other toys wherever you may keep them.

From the other reviews I looked at on the Rocket it looks like this dildo came packaged in the typical clear and red, plastic Tantus box. You can see the toy from the front because it's totally see through and it contains some informational bits about the toy. The sides of the box list out some more details of the toy in a few different languages and the back of the box is somewhat opaque and gives you some information about Tantus.

There is a plastic insert that the toy either sits in or is sandwiched in between and all of this plastic packaging is pretty flimsy so it wouldn't make great long term storage. Obviously the packaging is also not discreet so wrapping it before gifting is necessary and it should be recycled when empty.

The Rocket is one of the best dildos I own and Tantus definitely decided to make this one cute cock. With its whimsical colors and pearlescent finish the Rocket reminds me of rainbow sherbert and that's just too cute to pass up! Once I lubed this up and tried it out I was hooked. It wasn't too large or too small, it was just the right size to tease and please me but I have to mention that it didn't do much to stimulate my g-spot but it wasn't really designed with that in mind anyway.
