Review of Silk medium - G spot dildo

Obviously this is a dildo that is made to be used with a harness system. It would work great with any o-ring harness. My actual experience is with it being used by my lover in a traditional strap-on harness. She picked it out to be used for my first pegging experience. It is of sufficient size that it gives decent depth for P-spot stimulation or if used on a female g-spot stimulation. The helps with reaching those two pleasure points. The diameter sounded a little intimidating, but in actual experience it is only slightly thicker than my thumb.

This dildo is their medium, and is really not all that big compared to some that are out there. But, it may still be a little big for newcomers to anal play. I would definitely make sure you were ready for something of this size. If you are just starting out, I would warm up with some rimming and manual stimulation and insertion, and then work up to some beads (which is what we did just prior to the strap-on play). Then if you are still unsure use a smaller diameter toy first (maybe 3/4 or 1 inch). I had played with other smaller toys and had actually had a couple fingers inserted before, so I knew I could handle the girth on this.

It is a silicone toy, but it is very smooth and didn't seem to have anything that was a hindrence. It is not a realistic toy, but for anal play (especially first-time) the smoothness and lack of any ridges or bumps actually helped to make it an easier experience. It is firm, but flexible with a good amount of give so it moves with your body very well. It stroked in and out very well with the proper application of lube. Obviously since it is silicone you want to use a compatible (we used a water-based) lube and check for reapplication often.

The size is very nice for beginners, but is of sufficient size that I think it would be pleasurable for nearly everyone. It has a 1 1/4 inch diameter and is 6 inches long, with 5 1/2 inches insertable. It is very smooth and glides very easily so could be used in just about any orifice without any difficulties. It is useful for gentle strokes or for hard and fast penetration. I don't see why it wouldn't travel well, except that you need to bring a harness to get the most out of the toy. It could be used as a toy without the harness, but the flared base would be difficult to grip easily, I think.

I have seen other reviews with complaints about it staying in the harness, but honestly we had no problems at all with this. It stayed firmly in place and we gave it quite a good run!

This toy has a very wide base and sits snugly in the o-ring harness we used. I also have a thigh harness that I am hoping to try with her at some point and this dildo would be perfect for it as well. It did a fantastic job of giving sufficient depth that I was getting some prostrate stimulation and allowed for some decent thrusting from her. In fact afterwards, she said her thighs were quite sore from the thrusting motions! The length does give an enjoyable amount of stroking sensations.

The toy took lube well and didn't seem to require a lot to slick up really well. Since we were using it for anal penetration we had to reapply often, but that is true of every toy. Since it is silicone it is really smooth, and moved really easily once it was lubricated. The tip is nicely rounded so allows you to stretch around it pretty easily as it is inserted and the curve allows it to more easily stimulate your prostrate. I have had trouble with getting straight toys to massage my prostrate without really having to move them around, but the curve on this one did it really well, especially in the missionary position. It also allowed for a more natural thrusting motion for my partner.

It is silicone so cleanup is a snap. Some mild soap and water or toy wipes and it comes clean. It is silicone so you have to make sure you are using a silicone compatible lube (water-based). Also, since it is silicone you can really just toss it in your toy bag when you are done.

It comes in a vacuum-formed clamshell which can be opened and closed, so can be used to store the toy and keep it clean. This is a little bulky for this purpose, but if you want to keep it well cared for, it is a nice inexpensive option.

This was a great choice by my lover for my first pegging toy. It was firm enough to provide sensations, but not so rigid that it felt completely foreign. The curve was very nice and gave an excellent amount of prostrate stimulation in the missionary position. It was a little awkward for me in doggy, though. Not uncomfortable, but it just felt strange so we didn't stick with that position for very long.
