After buying my first set of Ben Wa Balls that were a complete disaster, I was hesitant as to the next set I would buy because I didn't want to have to look for the third time and hope I got it right. But luckily, with these, I didn't have to look again!

These are so comfortable and so smooth going in. You can put just one in, or both and you can keep them in as long as you want without worrying about anything like strings and whatnot. These were my first real pair of Ben Wa balls and I couldn't be happier with them. They are so easy to clean and so much more sanitary than the plastic ones. Just warm water, soap, and voila, they're clean. These ones, however, don't vibrate. So if that's what you're looking for, these aren't the ones for you.

You can exercise with them in, which is a great way to get those muscles extra strong with having to hold them in while doing certain exercises, but do not run with them in. Due to the fact that they are slippery, no matter how hard you try to hold them in, they will eventually pop right out. It's not uncomfortable, but it sure is inconvenient.

I had only used these for about a week total before my husband came home for R&R from his deployment and he told me that I felt so much tighter than when he left. I would wear them to work for my six to eight hour shifts where I was standing and walking around all shift. I would wear them while exercising at home, cooking or cleaning. Just every day things is the best way to wear them. Don't put them in and then sit your butt down on the couch; it won't do anything.

Overall, I am extremely happy with these, I won't ever need another pair and my husband is very satisfied with how well they work! If you're looking to really tighten things up, these are the way to go!
