The best way to use these I found was to put them in when you're just going about your normal day. The less you think about them the more you actually get a work out. I used them the first time while I was cleaning my house, so I was moving, bending, and squatting so I could feel them moving with me. These balls are metal so they have a nice weight to them, it also allows you to change temperatures of them, although going to either extreme hot or cold could do serious damage to your inside, I should hope your fingers would be a good gadge for pre insertion. My suggestion would be put them in tap water to get them to a high or low temperature to be safest. These balls are small, bigger then a marble smaller than a grape, so they can get lost a little in your vaginal canal. I was able to retrieve with a finger if not just by a few muscle contraction, but if you want to make sure of getting them back easy, put them in a condom for easy pull out.

Theses balls are made of metal, so they are very smooth. They are hard so easy to identifty as a foreign body in you couch. They are small so good for anyone who's uncomfortable with trying a kegel ball. If you are trying to tighten a larger or weak canal I don't recommend these because I don't believe they would help the user. I would say these are for tighter women who want to maintain.

As I described before the balls are round metal balls, so they have some weight to them. About the size of a small grape. Because of this it is very easy for them to pop out if you aren't focused on keeping them in. This is, of course the point, but you must insert them close to the exit or they are not very effective. I would not advise using these anally because they are way too small, even with a condom.

I personally don't think I benefited a whole lot from these. As an avid kegel exerciser I didn't find a real major difference in my partner's enjoyment. I did notice having to clench every once and a while, but I didn't have to put a tremendous amount of effort into it. My boyfriend claims that I have pretty good tightening muscles already, so I'm wondering if a model with moving weights inside the balls may be better for me, or maybe he's a liar, but I doubt it!

These are pretty easy to clean. Fresh out of my honey pot it was easy to clean them off with regular old wet wipes. Can be well cleaned with regular soap and water. These balls come in a little carry case for storage that is really easy to hide in plain site. I had mine on a coffee table and no one noticed them.
