These balls are meant to be inserted in the vagina, only, and are to help train your PC muscles by aiding in kegals. This is much like weight training for your girly parts. Kegals are known to help tighten that area, down there, and help with bladder problems as well as other issues that come with age or having kids. They are slide up inside the vagina and positioned somewhere beyond the g-spot. You must flex your muscles to keep these buggers in, because if not, they will fall out and roll away. These are not for beginners because they are small. If you are unsure of what size and weight you need, pass on these because they aren't that light and they are small which makes them more difficult to keep inside when moving. You can use them laying down, or you can use them doing your chores. I would not use them outside your home until you are sure that you are capable of handling them and keeping them from slipping out. I had no issue with them hurting my cervix, and I doubt others would either. They are steel so they can be boiled or washed with soap and water or toy cleaner. They could also potentially be used during sex, I've done so with no real issues other than the common problem with removal. Because there is no string, removal can be difficult no matter what. Also, that's another reasons beginners may want to beware, these take an advanced user to remove them easily and that's another work out all on its own. Some may not be fond of this.

These are smooth balls made of steel. They are hard, come with little taste or smell and are really nice for anyone who doesn't want a textured kegel exerciser. The smoothness aides in insertion and removal quite a bit.

These are balls the size of marbles, and they are a complete circle from what i can see. I think the size is best for those who already have decent muscle tone in that area, only because the weight causes them to drop downward reminding you to kegel to keep them in place. This may be hard for those who are just starting out because with the weight and small size combined it could be extremely hard to keep them in place and not lose them in your under-roos. This toy could be discreet, i'm not sure if they would potentially set off an alarm, but as someone who once had private piercings done in surgical steel, i doubt that would be an issue. Most people, unless they are aware of what these actually are, would never guess anything other than marbles when looking at them.

This set of balls was hard to remove at first only because they dont just slip out, you really do have to work to remove them. Baring down and pushing them out works, but if you need to, ya know, go... This isnt the best plan. You can reach up and wiggle your finger until they come out, but that's pretty tedious. I found that the best thing to do is stand up and jump. it sounds silly, but they slide out faster with less effort. Other than removal i had no issues with them. It was hard to keep them in at first, only because they are surprisingly heavy for such tiny balls. Within a day or so i did begin to notice that i was tighter, my lover even comments on it frequently. During sex, they can be extremely arousing for the female using them, as for the men, they dont seem to feel much.

These balls are easy to care for. They come in their own storage case, they can be boiled or washed with soap and water or toy cleaner. All lubes are compatable with them, so you dont have to worry about ruining them. No seams on the balls means that wiping them off is easy, and you wont have to worry about any sorts of cracks or creases for the bacteria to get stuck and grow in.

They come with very little packaging, which is nice. They come in the storage case and that's it. All it is, is a small plastic box with a foam like insert to hold them in place. My plastic box for some reason would not stay together and kept popping open. Unsure why it was like this. It was held together with scotch tape upon arrival.

I had a lot of fun with these, and felt a lot more toned after a few days use.

I put these in right away, didnt even need lube to insert. They never hurt, and will very easy to notice due to the weight. I realized that these were far to small to just "take for a walk" on the first try. I use them almost weekly and love them! My lover likes them as well, he can feel the difference they have made and highly appreciates it.
