The Silver Balls Kegels are over all a great product that will last you a lifetime. You can wear them anywhere and no one will know. If you're a beginner to kegel excercises I would recommend that you use something that is a different material or the same material with a different weight. I found a big issue was that unlike the balls my walls were not made of steel. However, after sometime I was able to keep them in place and enjoy the pleasure of having a sensual secret that only I could indulge in. I think this is a great product that many people will and have enjoyed. I would recommend this to any Female wishing to make intimacy even more pleasurable than before.

They have a very nice smooth texture that allows them to slip right in. The silver balls are metal through and through to ensure no flaking of paint that could potentially cause an infection or irritation. At first, they are super heavy and might strike fear into the beginners who try and use them. With a little practice you're on your way to strong kegels. Since the material is made of metal it can be cleaned by boiling, soaking in a diluted bleach solution, placed in the dishwasher, or easily cleaned with soap and water.
