First time love balls duo lover - exerciser for vaginal muscles by Cal Exotics - review by Pumpk1nPatch

Here we have First Time Love Balls brought to us by the versatile company California Exotics. This set, in my opinion, would be better aimed for beginners. They're light weight and medium sized.
Ben wa balls assist with Kegel exercising to help tone and rebuild vaginal and pelvic muscles, which is great for preventing urinary incontinence, as well as the prolapse of pelvic organs. Over time, if used properly and faithfully, they can ultimately make you feel tighter to him during intercourse, and even help women deliver babies. Also, my favorite outcome of using this product is that it enhances orgasms. In the early 60's, Dr. Kegel reported that a large percentage of the women doing these exercises experienced orgasms more frequently, and more intensely. Now, imagine if the women were using weighted balls... How can you go wrong?
While there is a retrieval cord, it may not be safe for anal play. If only one ball is inserted anally, the second could act as a stopper, but if you get past the second one and you're not careful, it can easily be sucked away!

This set is made from PU coated plastic/TPE(TPR). TPR is less porous than cyberskin but more porous than silicone, so be aware if sharing. TPR toys cannot be disinfected with boiling water. You can wash them with warm water and toy cleaner or mild soap. They are solid and velvety smooth, except where the seam on the balls are. The cord is firm, but fairly flexible. They had no smell coming out of the package and they do not taste like anything.

Initially, I liked the simple design of this exerciser.It consists of two soft pastel pink balls and a transparent pink retrieval cord. The cord is looped with an aglet. At the time, they were the size I wanted, and they seemed a bit heavier than my first pair of string-less ben-wa balls.

The site lists the length at 8.5, but with my measurements they were just barely 8 inches.

In weight, they're a meager 1.5 ounces(42 grams), which would be a great start for a beginner. If you rattle them around vigorously in your hand you can hear them rattle loudly, but can barely hear them when inside of you. Even jumping up and down in a quiet room. I tried.

I started to become discouraged with the design because it is in no way seamless on both balls and cord. But, I decided to give them a chance.

These were easily inserted. No lube was needed and they created no drag at all. They're very comfortable to wear. They were actually too comfortable, as I forgot I was wearing them almost immediately after putting them in. Even during walking, running and exercise I could not feel any rumbling in these balls.
My least favorite thing about them is cleaning. The seam that goes around them was a pain. It created a decent size gap on them, so it made them impossible to clean. I had to tediously go at it with a toothbrush. I'm not even sure that did the trick. Not only that, but the aglet that held the loop on the cord is even more difficult to clean. It's a very hard plastic, so it can't be squished around or moved. My juices would get caught in it and it never looked clean now matter how much time I put in it.

I've since moved on to bigger and better balls and I almost never go for these ones anymore. I took them out of the kegel graveyard, so I could photograph them to compare them with Teneo Uno. Uno is almost 5 ounces larger than the Love Balls and better option.

Like I previously mentioned, these are difficult to clean.
They're a PU-coated plastic, so they can be clean with a mild soap and water. I used my favorite California Exotics Toy cleaner and a tooth brush in these. TPR is less porous than Cyberskin but more porous than silicone, so it cannot be disinfected with boiling water. They came in a clamshell package, so you could continue to use that for storage. I'd recommend keeping them in something that will seal them away from an area where it could easily collect dust/lint or hair as it could get trapped in the seams and gaps.

The Love Balls are a very simple set of kegel trainers. They may be good for someone who is new to using a toy to strengthen their muscles and doesn't want to spend a lot of money to find out. I would not recommend keeping these around for a long time.
If money is not an issue, I'd suggest going for the Fun Factory Smartballs and Lelo Luna Beads. They're more effective and made of silicone, which means they're far safer than this set.
