I got these quite some time ago to help strengthen my pelvic floor muscles by doing Kegel exercises. I had a prolapsed uterus and bladder after having a baby, and the balls were suggested to me by my doctor.

I tried them and was quite unsure to be honest, having never used anything like these before, and having such weak muscles that I couldn't even feel them working at all. But I was amazed at the difference it made in such a short amount of time.

I felt a lot stronger and my husband said I felt so much better whenever we were intimate; he said I felt like a new woman. Not bad after having 2 children, if I do say so myself. I have also not had any problems with my prolapse after using these for a few months, so now I recommend them to anyone who will listen.

They are easy to use, just as long as you use plenty of lubricant with them, and relax when putting them in and removing them. While they are actually in, they are so comfortable that you could almost forget that they're even in there. I have used these on numerous occasions while doing the housework as they are that easy to use, and it also means your mind is on other things rather than just keeping your love balls in.

They are very easy to clean and look after, which is always a plus. I always use a water-based lubricant with these, and have had no problems at all.

The only issue I have with these is that they are a little loud. If you are walking around the house, you can hear them rattling about a bit, which isn't great if you have guests. Perhaps this is a perfect excuse not to do the housework when people visit?

As long as you use plenty of lubricant, and relax when inserting them and taking them back out again, they are very comfortable.
