The Tenga 3D polygon is a very discreet sex toy for men, that resembles nothing more than a small and artistic clay sculpture from afar and up close. It is not until you touch the toy that you will find that it is actually made of a soft material. If you are a person (or your partner) that is not into a lot of stimulation, than you can leave the sleeve as is and enjoy a smooth and tight canal for your stroking pleasure, or if you are a person who likes a little more stimulation just simply reverse the sleeve and you will find all the texture you can shake your stick at.

The Tenga 3D sleeve is made from Ag Antibacterial Elastomer. This material is somewhat porous, more so than Silicone and less so than Cyberskin. Due to this being porous, you can not fully sterilize this toy, so if you choose to share this (not recommended) both users should wear a condom. You can use water or silicone based lubricants with this toy material.

The material is very stretchy and will stretch for the larger guys, and it is not in danger of breaking or ripping. The material has no smell or odor, which is a huge plus in a market that seems to be flooded with perfume smelling products to hide the chemical smells.

The exterior of the Tenga 3D looks like a sculpture, with many triangles and polygonal shapes etched out in it, giving this a very artsy (Modern Art) feel. You can almost see the artist chipping away at the block of stone, or imagine the 3D artist molding the model with his futuristic software.

The interior of the sleeve is super smooth and has no texturing, which is a bonus for guys who like their stimulation on a lesser than overbearing side. For those who like a little more texture to their play, you need not worry, just flip the toy inside out and you got some texture. Once reversed the sculpture like polygons turn into protruding polygons, hence the title Tenga 3D, a bonus for guys who like a little more stimulation for their manhood. This allows the user to switch between the two textures and not be constrained with one texture.

The user can also squeeze the trapped in air out of the sleeve while in use, to create a slight suction that will add to the sensations felt.

The care and maintenance of this toy is very simple, yet like all toys very crucial. Before and after each use you should submerge this in warm (not hot) water and apply anti-bacterial soap, rinse the soap off and you are done. Once you are finished washing up your toy after use and are ready to put away for storage you can simply place the stroker back on its pedestal it arrived on or put in a zip lock baggy and store in a cool and dry place.

Tenga 3D comes in a tube like display case that functions also as a drying stand. In the base you will find a small packet of sample lube (Hole Lotion) and instructions on how to use and clean this toy. The display case also functions as a storing device, as well as a travel transporter, making this toy very travel friendly. The case is strong and you will have a hard time breaking it.

The Tenga 3D looks cool: it looks like a work of art. If you were to put this on your dresser, nine times out of ten it will not be recognized as a sex toy, only the most sex savvy person will recognize the name, even though Tenga is one of the tops in the game.

The interior texture, even though lacking, still feels great, and any sensitive guy will find himself in heaven. There are so many sleeves and strokers out there that pride themselves on having hundreds of tiny ribs and nodules: unfortunately for some these can be overbearing if not downright painful. Tenga 3D does not have this issue.

Even with the sleeve reversed the texture is not over powering, it is strong but feels wonderful. The texture just seems to pop out, similar to what you see in 3D movies. The texture was very pleasurable and as with the smooth side the user could create a suction feeling also.

I really have to hand it to the designers in the Tenga Labs, they really are creative, possibly the most creative sex toy company out there. Not only are they creative, but they are informative, and every product that I have received from them to this date has had use and cleaning instructions, something that many companies have yet to catch onto.

The small hidden compartment underneath the display was so well hidden that I did not even realize it was there until re-reading over the material list and coming across another review that showed me this.

I am going to get tons of enjoyment out of this sleeve, and can not wait to try the other textures and see what else Tenga has in store for us in the future, I am giving this a five star rating.
