I pulled this out of the packaging and noticed its sticky, stretchy, gel-like texture. It’s made of TPR (thermoplastic rubber). The outside is smooth and uniform, and the inside has wide ribs, and there are little nubs that help stimulate. Since it’s so stretchy, I think it will accommodate many different sized penis circumferences.

Experience:
I bought this as a surprise for my hubby, and he was delighted when I pulled it out to use on him. We used Wet (brand) strawberry lubricant, which is a water-based lube, and it worked great. I just squirted a small amount on the inside of the super head honcho and used my finger to spread it around. I also lubed up my hubby’s shaft. I slid the super head honcho onto him and placed my hand over the opposing end to create a suction-like effect while I stroked his D with my other hand. We sometimes use this as foreplay, and he seems to enjoy it.

We initially bought this almost 3 years ago and use it occasionally (maybe once every other month or so). I would advise not to use a scented or flavored lube because TPR is slightly porous, and it WILL retain that scent. Since we used the strawberry lube, the head honcho now smells of artificial chemical strawberries, and it’s pretty unappealing. However, this is our own fault because we weren’t educated about the material at the time we purchased it. After using the super head honcho a handful of times, my husband's D slid through the end of it, which resulted in the toy tearing.

Use and Care:
Use a condom if sharing this toy with anyone else, since TPR is a bit porous in comparison to safer materials such as silicone. To clean this toy, use warm water and mild soap or use a toy cleaner. If you would like to use lube, a silicone-based lube or water-based lube are recommended for toys made of TPR, such as this one.
