Cherry 2 by Digital Playground - review by oldhippy

This DVD, Cherry 2, starring Andy San Dimas, Jiz Lee, Dana Dearmond, Diamond Foxx, Brooklyn Lee, Kimberly Kane Missy Martinez, Tuesday Cross, Zoey Holloway, Karen Anzoategu, Vicki Chase, Evelin Rain, Nina Mercedez, Judy Thompson, and Riley Steele was written and directed by Kay Brandt.


It takes place in a lesbian strip club mostly, runs for just over 2 hours, and is available in both DVD and Blu-Ray formats. It will be appreciated by many viewers.


In my view the scene order selection could have been better. The first extended sex scene should have occurred later in the movie. Because it contained some S&M feel, it put me off for a while for the next part of the movie. The movie did improve in feel and became very enjoyable as it progressed. Overall this was an entertaining movie, although different than what I had expected. It was also a bit more hard core than I expected, as I am a bit of a soft porn fan.


The actresses were all enjoyable to look at, and the action was pleasant to follow. The selection and variety of actresses was well made and they seemed to compliment each other well. The actresses all played off of each other as if they had known each other for some time rather than having just come together for this film.


The types of scenes and scene selection, with the exception of the one noted above, were well chosen and seemed to fit well together with the actresses. The variety of the action was extended and came across as honest. The actresses seemed to really be part of and enjoying the action through out the scene. The quality of the movie itself was excellent. Even though not a large studio, the production was well done, the audio was mixed well with the video. There were places the movie plot was a bit difficult to follow, but the overall flow went smoothly. It was difficult to tell how many nights the film was supposed to cover in time. In places it seemed to be one, and in others more than one. There was only one scene that didn't seem to fit the movie, but that can be easily overlooked with the overall quality of the film.

This DVD still hasn't gotten any better than it was when I reviewed it the first time. Neither age nor additional viewing will change the faults found in my initial review.
