This should be required reading for any man trying to please a woman. This is essentially a road map to the mysterious world of a woman's vulva. Grab this book and educate yourself on the 18 different parts of a woman's clitoris, then take the knowledge to the bedroom. This is a must read!

Content / Style / Audience

If you know a man, any man--a son (over 18-ish), father, brother, uncle, cousin, friend, or lover, you need to put this book in their hand. This book is written from a man’s point of view for other men who may have some of the stereotypical responses when it comes to satisfying her needs. It is literally the proverbial road map to a woman’s vulva; every man wants to know the information contained in these pages but may be too self-conscious to purchase this or may not know such a volume of information is even exists. Please enlighten these people with this book, and ladies, you may want to keep in your library to pass out to anyone that may need a little help in this area.

Design

I must say again that the content of this book can’t be matched, but the layout wasn’t exactly what I like to see in informative books such as this one. The layout is broken into an introduction, Part I, Part II, Part III and appendix with 50+ chapters, which mean each chapter is a mere 4 pages or less. This style of layout did allow for it to be read at an extremely fast pace, and I finished the night I got it.

Introduction
This part really is why every man you should read this book and a personal story of regaining confidence and overcoming (sorry for the pun) PE. It is an inspiring section, but if you already know why you are reading this book I would skip this part and go right into Part I. In this beginning section, the author relates this book to his English grammar book he carried throughout his collegiate career. It's anecdotal, but you might want to read it if you don’t get the quotes he uses from the grammar handbook throughout the rest of his book.

Part I
Get your pens and pads boys, you might want to take notes. Seriously this is all the information one should know about a female’s sexual anatomy. I also would even go as far to guess that some women (not the smart ones) might not even know this much about their own sexual organs, and a man could impress a lady with their extensive knowledge gathered from this section. As the author says time and time again in the introduction, do not skip this part and go straight for the finale. If you do you will miss critical information that you can use to develop your own techniques. You can skip this part if you can name all 18 parts of the clit….yeah bro, it isn’t just about finding the little man in the boat. Mons pubis, front commissure, perennial glands, head glands just to name a few of the many parts of the vulva that you will learn about. I never knew how many pleasure-sensing nerves a woman had and now I’m jealous--not that jealous. Below is a picture from the Part I on the external vulva:

Personally, I feel the pictures call back those weird images and cutaways from health class in high school, though this is a much more accurate depiction.

Part II
Don’t sweat the technique. This goes into multiple ways a man can and should stimulate a girl with his tongue and also garners the reader with enough information to be able to increase stimulation through penetration, but it primarily focuses on how to use your tongue, mouth, and face effectively to stimulate all 800 nerves (twice as many as the penis). Keener breaks down the stages of arousal into sections so it’s easier for the reader to understand and comprehend. Though he makes the point that it should take somewhere between 10 min-15 min before your first kiss the vulva, which I think might take a little too long if she is already aroused, he backs up his claims with actual data taken from real studies. The actual techniques he has worked out should give any man enough tools in his belt to fix any problem that might arise. He goes into great depth about perfect position for feasting upon your lover’s vulva to different finger and hand techniques to use while you’re busy elsewhere with your tongue.

Another example of a drawing from the book, I would almost prefer an actual live action shot over the stencil image.

Part III
Bring it all together, this is where he explains how to then take these techniques and create different routines; it's good to know how to unlock the box but better to have a couple different keys that always keep her guessing. He goes over routines from beginner to advance and gives you cheat sheets that outline the 6 stages of arousal. This is the shortest section of the book and is great to refer back to if you feel you've forgotten something from the previous two sections.

Appendix
This has all the extra information about manual core play, safe oral sex, the velvet kiss (when it's that time of the month), and many other very specific chapters on different occasions. Due to the fact the the manual part is so short, I wouldn't think this would be a great book for women because there are many more in-depth books out their such as G-Spot owners guide.

Personal comments

Personally, I have read my fair share of books on tantric sex, BDSM and men’s sexual health, and this still opened my eyes to new information. After reading the book I realized I had the kknowledge and experience necessary to satisfy 80% of the women in the world and found a renewed since of confidence.

Experience

It was a great read and will be one of the few books I will sit down and read through a second time. The information is consistently backed up by actual statistics gathered from various sources, and as a man who works with numbers on a daily basis I found this gave merit to what Ian Kreener says throughout his book.
