The Anal Sex Position Guide is the best guide to back door pleasure that I have read. It is a complete instruction book that can help everyone from beginner to more advanced couples. The first chapter covers anatomy and why you can find anal play exciting and pleasurable. Next comes communication and how it is so very important if you are both going to enjoy the experience. If you cannot express your feelings with your partner, then you won't get very far. That is followed by a chapter on hygiene and the different types of lube and why they are so important in anal sex. Next comes the importance of going small and slow to start. It also has a warning about using numbing lubes and how they can hide pain and damage.

Finally, in chapter 5 you start to get into the various positions which will make your journey into anal sex fun and exciting. It starts with some basic positions and moves in to some very advanced moves that only those in top physical condition could do. At my age, some of the advanced positions like superman and inverted spider will never happen. We are not as young as the models and, quite frankly, just can't bend like that. Although impossible for us to try, it is amazing how some people can contort in many different ways. The pictures clearly demonstrate each position and are in full color.
