After reading “The Anal Sex and Position Guide”, I have to say I am more enlightened about the subject of anal sex. This book was very easy to read and, whether you are an experienced anal player or a newbie to the world of anal sex, this book has something for you. The book covers a wide range of subjects, and leaves the reader with few questions about the pleasures of anal sex. It is printed on glossy paper with color photos to help explain the positions.

The book begins with steps to take to prepare for anal play. It explains proper ways for cleansing to lessen a risk of the “poo factor” which can put a damper on anal play. It also covers exercises for relaxing your muscles, so that it is an enjoyable experience rather than the painful experience that many have related to others in the past. There are also tips on how to bring up the subject of introducing anal play to your partner.

This book seemed to be more geared towards females, but it covers the anatomy of both male and females, as they have slight differences in their anal anatomy. There is even a chapter dedicated to those females out there, that have a bend-over boyfriend, that want to experiment with strap-ons. Men will also come away from reading this book with some great information.
