Bathing In The Blue Lagoon

The Kama Sutra Treasure of the Sea bath salts are the best salts I have ever used. They turn any ordinary bath into a sensual, lightly scented and visually appealing experience. Your skin is left with a soft scent that lingers for hours and is very well moisturized as well.

This tub of salts would be a wonderful choice for anybody that enjoys baths and spending time soaking in them. It can be used alone, with a partner, as a foot soak, or for some naughty fun in the summertime months in a pool for a seaside escape in your own backyard.

The bath salts in this tub are less of a salt and more of a powder with dissolve-able flecks of white in it. The blue powder is almost damp inside the container but is not clumpy at all. There is a seashell in a plastic bag within the container to scoop the salts into water to make it easier to control the amount used. While it moisturizes the skin wonderfully, it does not leave behind residue on your body or in your tub as long as it is well mixed into the water.

The smell of this product is heavenly. It's clean and fresh. It reminds me of fresh laundry and summer when fruit starts to bloom. It's very earthy without crossing the line into unpleasant. To me it is relaxing and I cannot get enough of it. I find myself opening the container every time I'm in the room to smell it and running more baths just to get to use it and smelling my skin for hours afterwards. I have never come across a scent that even comes close to these bath salts.

In my oversized tub, I use about 3 1/2 scoops of this salt and it changes the water to an soothing blue and the scent is noticeable immediately. Everything in this bath salt dissolves almost immediately without leaving residue on the bottom of the tub. The only time that will happen is if you use way too much of the powder. If the product is added directly under the running water it will create quite a lot of bubbles. If it is added away from the spout there will be less bubbles. The scent and color absolutely add to the relaxation factor of baths. I have spent over an hour lounging in the tub with these salts and not even noticed the time go by. The tub of salts is rather large so it will last for many, many baths. Depending on how much you use per bath, I'd say you could probably get about 20 baths out of the salts. If you're using a lot of the powder per bath, of course, it will go faster but price per bath is very reasonable no matter how much you use.

The Treasure of the Sea bath salts come in a plastic tubs that holds 24.6 fl. oz. The screw top lid is black while the tub itself is clear with a beautifully artistic sticker wrapping around its circumference. Inside the scoop is contained in a little plastic bag within the salts.

This is beyond a doubt my favorite set of bath salts. They leave me smelling amazing and feeling amazing. Whenever I use them I cannot stop smelling myself and neither can the people I'm with. I love the color of the bath water and how nicely these salts clean up. A general rinse of the tub and you're done. Some salts make the tub basin very slippery to step into, these do not do that at all. As an added bonus there is a body wash in the same scent that can be used along side it.
