Can I taste your cherry, baby?

Let's see.. Great packaging that looks pretty sitting out (something I always look for), a great taste, hardly any scent, and a nice fine soft powder that doesn't taste like chalk. I think this is a winner all the way around.
Great flavor, subtle and not overpowering, light scent.

Forgive me the title, I couldn't help it. So I got cherry, just thought I'd state that. This stuff tastes fricken' fantabulous. You can dust this all over yourself, anywhere, including genitals (according to the product's information).

This contains Aspartame, for you health concerned out there. Aspartame turns into formaldehyde in the body, according to some studies apparently. I am not aware of these studies origins, it's just things I've read. It's an ingredient used in artificial sweeteners. So in case you're against the idea of that, it's just an upfront warning.

This product includes:
8 oz. flavored Sweet Snow
Beautifully designed tin
Feather tickler
Black satin bag (contained inside is a clear plastic baggy with your snow)

There is a section about the feather under "Performance" since the expanded template didn't give me a true area to talk about it like I wanted. The feathers on the tickler are real, like most feathers, and undyed. So if you're against animal products, the feather tickler may make you unhappy.

This is a powder product, with a super soft consistency. The reason I say soft is because there are various types of powder. This is a soft, fine powder. It tastes damn well dandy, I have to admit. I was skeptical, because I've been to sex toy parties by Pure Romance where they offered an array of powders and lubes and other crap that's supposed to taste great and I was left gagging and making faces while people looked at me funny.

This is an edible body powder, that can easily be cleaned up after. Everyone needs this I believe, because it makes foreplay more fun.

Shunga snow comes with a feather to dust it on and tease with.. The feather is a bit crazy lookin' when you first get it. The packaging recommends holding it over kettle steam to make it reform to it's natural shape. I suggest doing so, because it looks like the feather had a bad hair day.

The powder goes on hardly noticeable and comes off easy in the wash if it gets on clothing or other items that you didn't want it on originally. It's tasty to lick off, and it has a slight cherry scent to it, but it's not noticeable on skin. If you were to sniff the bag you'd smell it though! This is great for use right before oral sex too, cause... IT TASTES YUMMY!

Texture / Consistency / Thickness / Viscosity

As mentioned before, this is a really fine and soft powder. To me, its look and feel resembles confectioner's sugar. That really fine powder stuff you buy. It feels silky if you poke your fingers down into it. It's loose and comes in a plastic baggy inside the satin black bag shown, so it's not going to spill around. I suggest keeping it in the baggy though inside the satin black bag (oh that's a lot of bag mentioning, oh dear.) because the powder is super fine and I'm not 100% sure it wouldn't come out a little through the satin bag. When you lick it off, or get it wet, it doesn't leave any sticky residue because it's not really made with sugar. It's just a nice softness that can be licked off and then leaves your skin as it was before you put the powder on! I would also like to point out that this doesn't have a chalk consistency at all, which can often happen with powders.

Taste / Aroma

The flavor I chose was cherry, which of course I absolutely adored. It has a slight smell, but not strong as I previously stated. If you sniff the bag, you'll smell it, but on the skin it doesn't really smell. So you could in essence really surprise your significant other with this stuff, they wouldn't know it was there!

The cherry flavoring is just a powdery slightly sweet cherry taste. This coming from the girl who generally hates flavored stuff. So if you're worried about getting something that's so sweet it's sickening, look no further! You've found your perfect foreplay tastiness. The slight taste is enough to notice and think "Mmm, I want to lick more!" but not enough to go "Oh god!! I'm having sex with a fruit!"

This can dust off, so unless you're sure of having sex soon, you'll have to reapply it. It just kinda wipes off. Now, once you lick it off, obviously you'll have to reapply it. It washes off easily, with just water, but you can use soap if you want. It didn't leave any sticky residue on me so I rarely used actual soap to wash it off unless it was on an intimate part. (IE: I've dusted it on other places that are erotic to me, such as the neck and stomach.) I loved the flavor and consistency of this product more than I have other dusts and powders and such in the past. I generally hate flavored stuff cause it's all nasty and chokes me with the powder taste, but this didn't really taste specifically like powder, it was just a hint of flavoring.

There isn't really a true section to talk about the feather, but I wanted to touch on it. It's made of bird feathers that are nice and soft. They're a brown and stripey looking design, which is a natural coloring. It has a little handle on it that's round to hold on to that the feathers are attached to. So far, I have noticed no shedding with the tickler, which is something you don't really want if it's going to be touching edible products. I mean, who wants to be spitting feathers out? That's not sexy. As mentioned before, when it gets crammed in the tin that it comes in for long enough, it looks weird and doesn't quite flow on the skin correctly. Holding over kettle steam for a few seconds will fix this and make it work and look proper again.
    • Reapply often

Shunga snow comes in a pretty designed tin. You pop the lid off and the feather is inside, along with a black adjustable tie satin bag, which contains another clear plastic baggy with the sweet snow in it. That way you can assure that opening the tin will not poof a puff of powder in your face. (Try saying that 5 times fast.. poof a puff of powder!!)

Anyway, I recommend keeping the baggy in the satin bag, because it assures you that even with the drawstring, no powder will come out or spill anywhere.

Special Features

This stuff tastes great and has attractive packaging you can store it in. I think that adds to the appeal of the product personally. That aside, it has a generous portion of the sweet snow. A lot of times you'll pay a lot and not get enough powder. This stuff goes a long way and will last you. The baggy is huge!

Personal comments

I recommend this product for everyone. I recommend it over other powders. Why? Because I didn't like other powders and what I say goes. Not really, just kidding. But honestly, as picky as I am, if I like it, you're sure to like it. Unless you're pickier than me. Maybe not.

Okay, I'm a little crazy while writing this one. Too much coffee.

Back to business. You want this. Why? Because it tastes phenomenal, without being overpowering. It doesn't have that chalk consistency that powders often have. You also can't really tell when it's there, and that creates an element of surprise to your victim, I mean prey, I mean lover. Once they taste you, they won't be able to stop.

I used this a few times, and the only things that came from it were, hey you taste great, what is that?

Oh it's just me, that's right baby.

Or at least I'm sure Shunga wouldn't mind me saying that. After all, I'm going to be addicted to buying this stuff now.
Follow-up commentary
I've found that this is still my favorite powder sensual product, everything else I've tried since have been chalky and leave a puff of smoke everytime I open it. I have recommended this above all products to my friends if they're looking for a sweet dust for foreplay. The feather and the dust both are upkeeping well, sometimes I expect consistency to change after a couple of months, like it gets old or something. This hasn't though and I'm very excited about it.
