The Over/Under Lip Conditioner is a clear lip balm that is used to go over or under every day lip wear. I also wear it alone as well. This can be used by both men and women. It really does moisture the lips well.

Upon removing the cap there it is clear beige in color lip balm. At least that is what mines looks like. The lip balm is kind of thick. When you go too apply it on your lips it is smooth to the touch. It is also a little oily but nothing too bad. You can use your fingers to apply this on or as I do and I have said before I like to use a makeup brush for the lips. That way I am not looking for anything to wipe the excess off my hand with. If you lick your lips or move your lips back together a lot you may have to reapply as it tends to fade away into the lips. I have tried not too but I can't help it.

As with any product you should do a test to make sure you are not allergic to any of the ingredients.

The smell of this is wonderful it is not too strong and not too light. To me it smells like a bit of coconut. You can smell it when you put your nose up to the balm and you can smell it on your lips for a little bit then it will vanish after a while.

This tastes just as good as it smells. It has a hint of Vanilla flavor to it.

For me this product lasted about a half hour to 45 minutes. It did come off on my cigarette while I smoked. When I drank I did not notice it come off on the cup at all. The longer it lasts depends on what you are doing to keep it from coming off.

I am satisfied with this lip balm. I think this is my 3rd out of 6 that I have tried and liked. Now if they can get them to where they last a little longer than that be wonderful.

This can be easily removed with using a wet nap, a napkin or using soap and water to get it off the lips.

The Over/Under Lip Balm comes in a 1/3 container. There is a black label on the top that says the name of the product. It has a little lip on the side and says Not Soap Radio as well. It also shows the size of the container. On the bottom it has a white sticker with the ingredients to it.

Like I said the only problem I had is that I wish it lasted longer. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars. I am going to have to throw this in my purse instead of where I have it now.
