Organic lip balm - lip balm discontinued by Evolution of Smooth - review by Sugarfina

My future mother-in-law actually bought this for me, but because my fiancee liked it so much. He thought it was a neat chapstick, so I gave it to him. He keeps it in his car for when he is at work or traveling, and it is very handy. He originally did not think he should keep it because he thought it looked "girly," but I convinced him that it didn't matter. The Chapstick brand is my favourite, and I have plenty of those already. He likes this one, so why not use it? It doesn't matter who it's for; it's chapstick, there's no gender regulations on this. Also, it's turned into my second favourite brand. EOS is good stuff.

It's very smooth. You open it up, and it's like a roller ball that doesn't roll. It's just a ball of hard chapstick. It's firm, but it rolls onto the lips easily. It glides and feels good, and it does not burn my lips like other chapsticks do (that's why I have to use Chapstick brand - all other brands burn, as my lips are extremely sensitive). It stays in place, and it does not feel sticky or greasy. It's one of the best chapsticks out there, in my opinion.

It has a very light fruity taste, like mangoes. It smells like mangoes, as well -- with maybe a hint of apple, banana, or orange. It's not too strong of an aroma; it's very pleasant to the nose. It reminds me of being in a summer fruit orchard. I love it!

I'd say that it lasts up to half an hour -- maybe less than that. You don't wash chapstick off, but it sort of fades over time. It cleans up easily if you have to wash it off. What I like the best about this is the velvety, smooth feel that you get when you put it on. I also, of course, like the scent and taste. It's wonderful stuff.

The only packaging that this chapstick has is a thin plastic "wrapper." It pretty much comes as is. It's not a sex toy, so it doesn't need to be discreet. It's great for travel.

The packaging really stands out to me. I love the shape of the EOS packaging. It's so unconventional.
