It warms easily and quickly and holds a great amount of heat for long periods of time. The heat will hold anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. To heat simply soak the heart in warm/hot water for 5 to 10 minutes. Don't boil or microwave the heart, instead bring the water to a near boil by either microwaving or on a stove top. Submerse the heart to let it heat and then remove it from the water. Wrap the heart with a towel and massage your (or your partner's) aches away. Whether you're using this hot heart with a partner or to work away your own little aches it's easy to handle.
