Miracle massager - massager discontinued by Cal Exotics - review by ViVix

The miracle massager in and of itself is best used as a clitoral stimulator. However, there are plenty of accessories that can be used in conjunction with this massager in order to provide penetration and even to reach the g-spot. Personally, I think that it's a little bit of a joke to call this a massager...I don't see anyone asking their partner to rub their back with this toy and not expecting to get it on later. Thanks for the massage...excuse me while I roll over and snore! That being said, this massager could in theory work for anyone as a plain old massager. Also, I don't have a penis...er male partner...close enough currently to test this out on, but I'd imagine the vibrations might be sexually pleasing for men as well provided they aren't too super sensitive. I've also seen many massagers that look like the miracle massager being used in bondage porn in order to cause "forced orgasms," and I think that this would certainly come in handy for such a thing, especially given that it plugs in and therefore won't die anytime soon. Finally, I find the nipple stimulation to be A-ma-zing! Basically, there isn't anything the miracle massager can't do, and I doubt there are many that it won't please from beginners to advanced users. It's all around a multi-use vibrator that holds its own alongside its competition at somewhere around $20 cheaper.

The miracle massager is Pvc, and it is smooth. The top is more plushy/giving than the handle, and it also has a slight drag to it. Pvc may only be a 2 on the safety scale, but since the miracle massager is not meant for penetration without any additional accessories, this isn't really a concern for me. Pvc is meant to be water-resistant and to last. This material is also meant to be low maintenance. There is a super super light odor to the top of this massager, but unless you're vibrating your nose, you are unlikely to notice. As for taste, I licked this prior to washing it (a little too brave perhaps?), and it tasted kind of gross. I then washed it, but there was still an unpleasant taste to it. Perhaps it will go away over time, but I doubt many of you are interested in licking your massager anyway...tongue vibrations sound a little dangerous for the teeth! There is a seam down the middle of the miracle massager's head, but it can barely be felt. With your natural or an added lubricant, it can't be felt while in use. There really isn't a texture to this, though once again you can buy accessories, which offer additional texture and stimulation. I'm perfectly happy with my miracle massager sans accessories though. Due to the lack of texture, the miracle massager once more proves itself capable of pleasing beginners and advanced users alike. Finally, the head of the miracle massager does have a ridged base underneath that allows the head to be flexible, so you can angle your toy without issue to hit all of the right spots.

The massager is honestly so long, and I have no idea what the purpose of this is since the actual massager isn't used for penetration. Even if it were used for penetration, nobody is going to be putting 12 inches anywhere inside of me. That being said, a handle is necessary for a good grip. I just think the handle could be a bit shorter, especially since batteries aren't stored anywhere in it. As for the circumference of the head of the massager, I find it works well on larger spots (like the small of the back). However, it is too loud and not concentrated enough for smaller areas such as the base of the neck. Finally, due to that super long handle, this toy isn't especially well suited for travel and isn't meant to be discreet.

This massager obviously can be used for sensual massages. It vibrates, and it vibrates at two different speeds: low and high. The button just slides from off to low to high, which is convenient and easily understood. The massager is also electric, which saves on the cost of batteries and seems to provide more power. However, I feel like I got short leashed with this cord. I mean...if it was rechargeable and could be disconnected, that would be one thing. That's not the case with this massager. It seems to have to stay plugged in, and my outlets are like four feet away on either side of my bed, which really doesn't give me much room to maneuver. Still, the flexible head is a nice addition to this massager and allows for a little more flexibility even with the requirement of being attached to an outlet. I do wish this toy wasn't so loud, and I do wish it was waterproof. However, overall I am quite pleased with its intended functions. This thing can make your legs shake and make you orgasm so hard that your ears pop.

The miracle massager isn't meant for penetration without accessories, and therefore, the only part that should be getting used is the head. That being said, it can just be wiped off with wipes or toy cleaner or even soap and water. It is water and silicone lubricant compatible, which might require slightly more cleaning to avoid any residue. I have noticed that some silicone lubricants can leave a pretty noticeable residue. In fact, I once had a silicone lubricant that could be applied and if left to dry, could then be rolled off (gross...I know). The miracle massager does take up a lot of space, and for this reason, it isn't exactly fun to store. Mine doesn't fit in my set of rolling drawers that all of my other toys live in. There's also nowhere to really store it except for inside of its original box because most of the toy boxes aren't necessarily so long or large enough to allow this massager plus too many other toys.

There are a lot of similar massagers out there at this point. Originally, it was just the hitachi, but now there are at least a handful more. I am a cheapskate, so this was a no brainer for me. Too few cons for such a great price! That being said, there are alternative massagers that are cordless, that do offer shorter handles, that are more easily stored or portable, etc. So, if something about this particular massager doesn't sound appealing to you, don't necessarily write off this type of toy.
