My one and only.

A hypo-allergenic, pH-balanced toy cleaner, at this price? Yes! I'm pleased to report that I've had no adverse reactions to this toy cleaner, and that it's easy to use, and does exactly what it says on the tin.

The claim that Advanced Smart Cleaner Misting Toy Sanitizer is hypoallergenic is a big one. Anyone with allergies ought to peruse the ingredients list (Triclosan, Disodium Cacoamphodiacetate, Sodium Trideceth Sulfates, Propylene Glycol, Citric Acid, Phenoxyethanol, Purified water) but I have had no strange reactions to this cleaner while using it or after using a toy that had been cleaned with it. It also claims to be pH-balanced, which may well have aided in this! It claims to be gentler than most toy cleaners, but every bit as effective and I think they really got it right with this one.

I was always a little unsure of how to tell if a toy is really, truly clean, even if it looks pristine. Over the years, I've come to use a "smell test" as my identifier. Previous toy cleaners I've tried have either failed to clean the toy completely, leaving the telltale scent of sex to linger on its surface, or they have overdone it and left the toy smelling like a big bag o' chemicals. I am not the type to be scared by the idea of "chemicals" in my cleaner - there are chemicals in everything, after all, including you and I as human beings - but the shrill, nose-wrinkling, artificial smell that some of them leave behind is more than a little concerning.

This toy cleaner both removes all traces of "use" and leaves the toy smelling like itself, rather than something you just sanitized. Hooray! It doesn't have an overpowering smell or much of a smell at all unless you really get in there and try to huff it, which I would not recommend.

The process of using it is simple. The bottle will urge you to spray the cleaner onto a cloth, scrub the toy, and then rinse it in warm water, but I do things a little differently. I run some warm water in my sink, grab a cloth or thick paper towel, "mist" the toy itself with this cleanser, and scrub away. All the little bubbly bits wash off immediately when placed in warm water. It doesn't seem to me that there's any clear advantage to either method; it's just the way I prefer to do things, so that I can see the toy is coated with the cleaner rather than hoping I haven't missed a spot with my cleaner-soaked cloth.

There is an expiration date on the bottle, so be mindful of that when you get yours (because you will be getting this, right?), or your cleaner may be less effective than in its "fresh" state.

I have had no problems with leakage, and the bottle reminds me very much of any sort of body spray you might have had. Its cap/applicator is a "spritzer" (though it says "mist" on the bottle) and it's very easy to use, but will not be depressed accidentally - it's not at all loose, and with the plastic covering you can pop right onto it after use, you can further protect yourself from losing any product. The bottle and label are what I would consider discreet; it is clearly stated that this is a toy cleaner, but it doesn't say what TYPE of toy, either. It doesn't claim to be for adult products or intimate care or anything like that, so parents out there can leave this out and your company will probably assume it's how you disinfect your children's toys. I leave mine on my bathroom counter, mixed in with my hair supplies, and no one has said anything yet!

My only minor complaint is that I think the picture on the label is grainy and could be of a better quality. But the product itself is flawless, as far as I'm concerned. I've never tried any Evolved products before, but I'm already impressed with the brand. I am definitely satisfied with this purchase and will stick to this brand of cleaner unless something infinitely better presents itself!
